  “Saturday night so understandable somethings get forgotten, but two rounds of drinks where no delivered to the bar Food wise- I’ve been a few time and have always raved about the food, tonight though the portion to price ratio really made me shake my head *do not prefer the lamb chops*. Additionally under done steak had to be returned to the kitchen with a forgotten substitute (chunky chips for fries) when it returned, server was made aware but forgot to tell our host or the kitchen- soon shortly left after correcting it Don’t want to be a Karen but I don’t think I’ll be returning, which is a shame as I’ve really held this place in high regard”

  “We have been wanting to eat here for a while so with it being my birthday last weekend we decided to have my birthday meal here. It’s on the top floor of one of the tallest buildings in Hull so it’s a lift to get there. It’s been beautifully decorated with brightly coloured areas and floral decorations on the ceiling. The tables are well spaced so feels relatively private whilst eating. Menu is fusion Philippines with influences from Italy, US and beyond. Many of the dishes could be prepared with different proteins which is good. We started with the sesame prawn balls and mushroom bruschetta which were OK rather than great. The toasted bread bruschetta had been burnt which gave the whole dish an unpleasant flavour (should have sent it back but then would have to wait for another one which wasn’t ideal). We both chose kare kare - me with belly pork and my wife prawns. The dish was great and very tasty. We thought the quantity of protein on the dish was poor value - 4 prawns and 1 piece of thin pork belly for £18 in total. Our waitress was nice and friendly but felt the service was slow - much too long a gap between the 2 courses. So overall it wasn’t the great meal we were hoping for.”

  “My wife had been a few times and kept telling me I needed to go, so we made a last-minute booking. I was blown away! The service was excellent, the food was fantastic, and the views over Hull were great.We went at 4:30 pm, and the atmosphere was lovely and relaxed. We both really enjoyed our meals and will definitely be going back more”

  “Fabulous views with some lip smacking food at Sebu. Staff is super friendly and service is quite prompt. The food recommendations were absolutely on point and their in house cocktails are a must try too! Had a lovely experience, would definitely recommend!”

  “Absolutely amazing experience! My friends were here for the first time (I've been before) and they couldn't prize Sebu enough. The food was delicious, everyone so nice and doing their jobs perfectly. Atmosphere and views so comforting. Great vibes! We will definitely be back for more. Thank you 🤍”

  “Absolutely amazing! Cannot fault this venue at all. The food was incredible and the waitress was very knowledgeable about the entire menu. It was very busy but the service remained good. Everything seemed to run like a well oiled machine.”

  “Visited SEBU for dinner and had an enjoyable experience. Ambience was lovely. All our food delicious and you can tell the chef cooks with love and to your specs. If you drive, there's plenty of on street parking (for cheap) close by as well as secure car parks (like Albion street) within 2-3 minutes walk. We did not have a window seat though, so you have to book well in advance before coming to secure one - we only booked a day before. Thanks to the staff for thier awesome service.”

  “Absolutely outstanding experience! I brought my best friend from the Philippines who had been really missing authentic Filipino food, and this place completely exceeded our expectations. Every single dish was beautifully presented and bursting with bold, rich, authentic flavours — it truly felt like a taste of home. The cocktails were just as impressive — perfectly balanced, refreshing, and expertly made. A special thank you to Millie for her amazing service! She was so warm, friendly, attentive, and efficient, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We left so happy and already planning our next visit. Highly, highly recommend — this place is a must-visit!”
