  “We had such a lovely experience on Saturday at the harvester. Theresa and Jack were absolutely fantastic — so friendly, welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived. The service was excellent, and they really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and looked after. The food was amazing so please pass out compliments to the chef. It’s so refreshing to receive such genuine and lovely customer service. Thank you to all of the staff for making our visit so enjoyable — we will definitely be coming back!”

  “Had a great meal! The ribs were delicious, the chicken skewers were really flavourful, and the salad bar had an excellent selection. The service was warm and friendly, making the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily return.”

  “Harvester Compasses Hornchurch delivered quick, polite service, Grace was our waitress and she was fantastic. The new menu is a noticeable improvement over the previous one.Unfortunately, the air‑conditioning wasn’t working during our visit, and in extremely hot weather it makes the experience uncomfortable for customers and creates even tougher working conditions for the staff.   “A great experience overall ! The menu is very versatile and such good value for money. Salad bar with unlimited salads for everyone is the best perk. The servers were kind and guided us well. The best part was that the kids menu has so much diversity. Children enjoyed building up their own sundaes and liked the food and had a good fun outside in the garden.”

Teresa provided exceptional service throughout our visit, greeting us warmly and making sure everything was perfect. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome. Harvester continues to live up to its reputation as a family classic restaurant. Combined with Teresa’s excellent customer service, our visit was both enjoyable and memorable.   “We had a fantastic experience at Harvester thanks to Jay! From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, welcoming, and full of energy. His customer service was outstanding – he was incredibly quick, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. What really stood out was how much fun he was. He brought such a great atmosphere to our visit with his sense of humour and positive attitude, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear that Jay genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in providing excellent service. A real credit to the Harvester team, and we hope to be served by him again in the future.   “Harvester is our fave restaurant in Hornchurch. The salad is very fresh. We’ve been there multiple times and it’s always a delight. Our server is Lewis and he’s been helpful. The manager is also very nice.”

  “Loved it there. Meal was lovely and Theresa and Katie who took our order and serviced our meals were very friendly staff too. The service was out of this world.   “Good atmosphere with friendly servers . I had tempura prawns prawns. Main course was fish and chips with peas. Dessert was syrup sponge with custard. Very nice and portions sizes are very good! There is also an all you can eat salad station that has various sauces and bread rolls and butter We had a couple of drinks too We had a very good experience the staff are lovely very friendly You are not hurried out of the door”
