“Not a bad takeaway to try for the first time but had hoped for better given the pricing and immaculate reputation. Pre cooked chicken pieces had gone dry despite being tossed in an otherwise acceptable sauce. The butter chicken ordered turned up being pale mustard colour and clearly made with a lot of coconut and cream. Not really a butter chicken which is a spiced tomato based sauce with ghee and a dash of creamed cashews. You’d hope an “award winning” Indian cuisine would understand the basics. All in all the naans were delicious and cooked well. Rice was fine. Was it worth almost £25 a head for a takeaway? Not really. I could do better if I made it myself for much less but was nice not to have any dishes on Fathers Day. Would probably order again but go with dishes which are a bit easier for the Chefs to make.”
