Customer Review Summary
Breakfast is the main draw, with reviewers describing big portions, a veggie breakfast that suited hungry cyclists, and buttered toast alongside, all cooked just right. Close behind are the lunches and cakes: a prawn salad with pasta salad, a tuna melt panini, a tuna sandwich with skin-on fries and coleslaw, a strawberries and cream cheesecake, light crumbly scones and a Rocky Road. Friendly, helpful staff come up repeatedly, and a few describe small kindnesses such as a spare scone and leftover pasta salad boxed up near closing time, and dog treats brought out for a visiting dog. Complaints are fewer but specific. One reviewer found the flat white tasted like warm milk and the americano diluted, and extra shots barely helped while the server seemed short and abrupt. Another said the service was a bit slow, and one felt the bathroom needed a deep clean. One diner noted that coffees arrived at the table so late in the meal that they were cold by the time breakfast was finished. Several scones were eaten too quickly for photos.

“The food here is of good quality, but the service is a bit slow.”

“Stopped in to grab a couple of coffees after seeing some good reviews online. The food being served looked good, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, whn the drinks came out, the flat white tasted like a cup full of warm milk, and the black americano was very diluted. I returned and asked for them to add some extra shots but it barely improved the situation. The server I dealt with was quite short/abrupt, so I didn't bother trying to get it sorted again. £7 wasted.”

“Oh my word !! What a fabulous find an amazing little place , I'm a local but never thought to go in there ! Well I went in , was greeted by a lovely young guy , he handed me a menu , I chose a table and looked through the quite varied menu, and chose a Prawn salad , I was not expecting what arrived , it was a hug plate of the most beautiful salad, loads of prawns , fresh crispy lettuce , onions , coleslaw , and the most fabulous pasta salad I ever had , I was such abig sallad that I asked for a box , which I was given, I also mentioned the gorgeous pasta salad , he told me that as it was closing time , he would let me have what was left , he put it in a tub for me , A really lovely meal , friendly”

“We found this cafe by chance its at Valley Anglesey. Its set back off the road the turning for it is at the side of Spar which is on the main road. We went for breakfast on our way home. The cafe is spotless it was lovely. The breakfast was lovely you got so much food and 2 pieces of buttered toast. They have a wide menu for throughout the day. I would definitely go again for breakfast and lunch.”
