  “Food is good but as per other reviews the usual lady who works here is really quite rude and never smiles as sadly they don’t realise that customer service is a big part of the retail experience. Sadly the owner doesn’t send in mystery shoppers to find what his customer actually experience as it could alot better and more successful if they improved their service.”

  “I order a burger on just eat and I requested to remove just lettuce, the burger should include meat, cheese, sauce ,tomato ,onions and gherkins without lettuce and surprise I had just meat sauce and a small tomato I will attach photos to see how is look in picture on their website and what I received very disappointing the most poor and ugly and uneasy burger I ever eat even McDonald's is better.”

  “Absolutely brilliant! 🤩 This place is fantastic — proper delicious halal beef/chicken that’s so tender and packed with amazing flavour! Every bite is juicy and perfectly cooked. The portions are lovely and big, amazing value for money, and everyone in the family loved it! 😋 The food is fresh, smells incredible, and the staff are so friendly too. We’re already planning our next visit — 100% recommend, you have to try it! 💯✨”

  “I visited as a tourist and was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Bare Beef and the Classic Burger, but the meat was cold, not tasty, and seemed like it had come straight from the freezer instead of being freshly prepared. The burgers lacked flavor and were not worth the price. I was hoping to enjoy a good meal while visiting, but unfortunately, this experience was disappointing. I hope the restaurant improves its food quality.”

  “Good food. Also in a location where it's easy to park and quickly get some food. I usually get the Nashville which is flavourful and nice. The sauce in it is good too. The chicken is good quality. The loaded fries from here are pretty decent for a quick snack”

  “The food at this spot is undeniable—the burgers are juicy, perfectly seasoned, and easily some of the best in town. Unfortunately, the experience is dragged down by service that feels like an afterthought. We walked in the establishment, which was empty and waited nearly 5 mins to be greeted and when we were finally served, the assistant didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Having said all of the above, in future, we shall just order the meals online.”

The burgers are juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right, with fresh toppings and soft, toasted buns that hold everything together. The fries are crispy and flavorful, making them the perfect side. Service is friendly and fairly quick, even during busy hours, and the atmosphere is casual and welcoming.   “Food was a little above average. I got 4 meals and their tenders, wings and strips which were not bad at all. Service was ok but would have been nice to be greeted with a smile, looked like the staff didn’t want to be there but they were pleasant. The beef brisket burger was nice so can’t complain there, Nashville burger was just ok nothing special unfortunately. Chips were just ok. Wings strips and tenders were not bad. Price was fair. Oh the ranch sauce seemed a bit watered down, too thin. Atmosphere and decor was very well done.”

  “Have to say pleasantly surprised by the quality of the burgers and loaded fries. Very succulent and well presented even after the ride home in the takeaway bag. Took advantage of their opening weekend with 50% off, which proved a successful turnout and even though a small venue, they had clearly planned enough staff to cook and organise the queue well. Will be back once the menu fully opens up beyond Sunday. Looking forward to the milkshakes!”
