  “Appauling work ethic. Food took 30minutes to come. All food was cold. Chicken was inedible, potentially hazardous. The workers could not be bothered, Service was terrible. If this is the type of work KFC allow then they need to reconsider management.”

  “Highly recommend this place. I vist every week usually Monday and Tuesday night at around 1 am. The young guy working is very active and provide good customer service. He used to work all over the section usually alone like taking order packing every thing. He is like a superman 😅. I recommend the authorities to put more staff for the guy help . Even when it’s busy time. He use to serve the costumer respectfully and the food is always hot and tasty..”

  “I've just arrived from Rome, such a bad place for fast food and kfc was disappointing (they don't have stackers!), and I just had to get my stacker from the first services on the way from airport. You only have 3 stars so I had mixed emotions but you didn't disappoint! It was hot and spicy and so lovely. I didn't provide pictures because I didn't eat anything for 6 hours.”

  “Appalling service and dishonest portion sizes. I visited the Beaconsfield branch to review the new pickle menu for my social media, but it was a total waste of money. The advertised portion is ~8 pickles; I was served 4. When I pointed this out, I was told they "didn’t have any more." It felt like they gave me the scraps and hoped I wouldn't notice. The staff were laughing amongst themselves after I complained, making me feel "stupid" for asking for what I actually paid for. The 4 pickles I did get were stone-cold and squashed flat because the bag was rolled up so messily. The server forgot the pickles initially, then forgot the garnish for the drink. They refused a refund or any resolution. I came on the 24th March 2025 at 3:30”

  “AVOID THIS STORE. For years ive been a beaconsfield resident who uses this location and I have finally had enough of being ripped off routinely from this store, after another failed family dinner tonight. Note - I have never had these issues at ANY other KFC premises, something is seriously wrong with the team they have in place. This is not a singular issue, all local friends that use this location have a shared common experience that it became a joke when they actually (and rarely) get an order right. Here is the issue - 99% of the time, major items are missing. This is ALWAYS the case when using a delivery service, and when in store we each have to check inside the bag before we accept it as its so unreliable. When you do note that something(s) are missing, they get incredibly annoyed, rude and almost passive aggressive that they were caught short on the order fulfilment. Its hard for me to believe that is is routinely human error (which totally happens and is understandable if your busy), because not ONCE in 5 years have I had a full order recieved. Our orders are usually for 4-5 people, its not cheap at an average of £15-18 per head and sometimes its nominal, cans of drink, fries, sides, but regularly its a complete amass of items here and there from each and every persons "meal". This all adds up £ in one day! Many people do not have the time to drive back and recover the missing items, resulting in a constant loss consumer end and a gain store end! Every now and then I think okay, try again (usually because theyve released a new flavor and the kids are excited to try it!) Maybe its different staff now, ordering during slow periods etc but not once have I been proven corrected that they can fulfill an entire order without me having to manually check in store, or raising a complaint on delivery service providers. KFC - please look into whats happening here, many people have lost their patience and trust in your brand because of this location and its endless and constant fulfilment issues.”

  “Absolutely horrendous service in KFC Beaconsfield services. Firstly I was told there was no Tango, so asked for a can which I had just seen them get out, I was then told this was for Uber orders only? Every KFC I have been to before allows cans, plus given the extra money we pay at services it’s a shame they couldn’t give what I ordered. Following this we ordered 2 box meals, one was wrong and contained and burger not a wrap. We took this back and the staff were so rude and unhelpful and asked if we’d checked the burger box for a wrap???? How they expected that to fit in not sure. The lady then proceeded to throw the correct box at us. The food itself was rubbish, chicken underdone and lost all its KFC crunch. The only nice thing was the hot gravy. Will NEVER return to this KFC again - will use the Golden Arches. For a £25 meal this was disgraceful food and service.”

  “Everything we ordered was made with equal care and attention as the burger in this photo, and also cold. We usually go to M&S when stopping here and today I regret my decision not to stick with tradition. Lesson learned. I am trying to be polite in this review, but it is difficult, when my food was clearly made with such contempt.”

  “Worst ever food service received from KFC (Beconfield services, London, UK). I ordered the 1 bargain bucket of 10pc for take out today. I opened the box within 2-3 mins, it wasn't fresh and lost its all KFC crunch. Even the fries went complely soft and whole order was felt like not freshly made. To anyone going for a take out order, do check your food before leaving the counter. I didn't do it and landed up throwing some food. Also, request to KFC Beconfield services to serve fresh food to all customers.”
