“Friendly service,guy behind counter, had a really good relationship with people, lots of phone orders so had to wait for our order but only around 5 minutes as we called in for it. Chicken tasty and moist chips are like the old KFC ones so really tasty.”

“waited 1hr and 8mins when telling me 25mins over phone. Then arguing and being rude in front from other customers. No issues with food but service was poor. I'm not sure I can reply to your reply so making this edit. Based on your reply you know exactly which customer this is but your reply is not accurate. We agreed 25mins over phone, I did not arrive early but on time, then waited further approx. 43mins. When I asked how longer, the staff were rude and did not give a time other than to sit down and wait, then I could hear the staff swearing and muttering. Yes it was busy and other customers were complaining too. Please give appropriate timescales in future. If you had apologised instore rather than being rude and swearing I would not have gave you a 1 star for service and atmosphere. Especially swearing when customers can hear and kids inside is unacceptable.”
