Customer Review Summary

Reviewers return above all for the sausages, described as homemade and proper butchers sausages, with bacon of similar quality and meat that one diner notes comes from the cafe's own butchers. Close behind are generous portions of the numbered breakfasts, Sunday roasts and set menus, plus a rocky road cake one customer picked up. Staff are repeatedly called friendly and welcoming, with regular banter at the counter, and bikers, dogs, families and neuro-divergent children are all mentioned as made to feel accepted. Bike nights and tribute nights add to the atmosphere. Sunday mornings get busy with motorcyclists, though one reviewer found service still quick. The one detailed complaint is a fry up with rock hard eggs, only two small sausages, no bacon, and bread that was forgotten and then stale, which the reviewer called poor value, alongside staff who seemed uninterested. A couple of others call prices reasonable or good value. Takeaway pies and sausage rolls are singled out as excellent for the road.

“Great little cafe, can be busy with bikers on Sunday mornings but service is still relatively quick and still maintains quality. Bacon, sausages & bubble are good quality 👌 The place is nice and clean & the staff are very friendly, they are happy to help and even aim to please neuro-divergent children which was great to see. Highly recommend”
