Customer Review Summary
Coffee is the most common draw, from latte patterns one family called works of art to a pumpkin spice latte with well balanced spices, a chai latte, and a flat white one reviewer orders every time. Close behind is the full English, where diners single out the smoked, homemade beans and a good sausage, and one visitor looks forward to the English breakfast whenever in the area. Others praise the pastries, a gluten free veggie breakfast with a light hollandaise, and a high stack of pancakes with bacon that two children split. Staff are repeatedly described as friendly and welcoming. The main caveat is demand. On busy Saturdays, families waited for a table and then again for food, one party having not booked, and another reviewer was told the french toast croissant could not be supplied and took a cookie cake instead, which was fine and a big serving. One reviewer recalls a staff member helping fix a WhatsApp problem on their phone while serving a full room.

“What a gem. Drinks are great and the food is magnificent. Particularly love the pastries (better than Paris) and the Gluten Free Breakfast (veggie) is spectacular. Plus, their hollondaise is so light you can hold the jug fully upside down before it starts to come out. The staff at Crema are wonderful. It's so friendly; one kind soul even helped me fix a WhatsApp problem on my phone in the middle of serving everyone! Can't wait to return, and highly recommended to everyone who's not yet been.”

“Crema has a wonderful English breakfast that I look forward to having when I’m in the Harrogate area. I went with my family of 4 on a busy Saturday. The wait was about 20mins for a table because they were very busy. The latte and americano were both delicious as well. My 2 children split the high stack of pancakes with bacon which was 4 pancakes. This restaurant is definitely worth the wait and I will be back again soon!”

“I went in on Saturday with my family of 5 but hadn’t booked like we should have. However, staff were brilliant with assisting us get a table asap. We only waited a short while and had a look over the menu while we did so, everything sounded so delicious. We got seated and as it was busy, we were informed of the potential delay in getting our meal. The coffee…AMAZING and the patterns were stunning 😍 Real works of art! Food was about 25 minutes or so but SO worth the wait. The staff are so caring and the decor is beautiful. Can’t wait to return.”

“Amazing pumpkin spice latte. You can taste how well the spices are balanced. The food was also excellent, well presented and full of flavour. The service was great too. Stands out in a town with a lot of coffee shops”
