The menu is excellent — there's always something new to try, but we've also got our old favorites we keep coming back to. Food is always fresh and delicious, no matter what we order. Big shoutout to Stella for the awesome service — she's so warm and attentive, always makes us feel welcome. Honestly feels like catching up with a friend every time we visit. “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really lovely experience at Zaza Harpenden. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, but what really stood out was the service from Julia. From the moment we arrived, Julia was genuinely warm, welcoming and attentive. She made us feel looked after without being overbearing, checked everything was right and just had that natural way of making you feel comfortable. You can tell she actually cares about the customer experience, and she is a real credit to the restaurant. Great food and great service. We will definitely be coming back.
