Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise the food and fast times, with one noting this branch still stocks a double decadence and actually delivers extra cheese when it is paid for. Close behind, the app draws complaints: one says it marks orders delivered or on the way when they are not, and another finds the offers system confusing. One reviewer reports cold food and a refused refund.

“They lie about delivery on the app saying it is delivered when it isn’t or say that it’s on the way when it isn’t This is so that they can swindle the times meet their delivery time targets and make it look like they aren’t taking as long on their system Happened the last couple times I’ve been here Otherwise food is good”

“Very fast times, and the food is always really good. The people who work there are also lovely. Only wish that the app was more accurate for saying things are ready when they still need a few more minutes, but that’s more on the app than the branch. Super good.”

“One of few places that still do a double decadence”

“Very Tasty but you need to have a masters in Maths to navigate the offers system. Why cant they just standardise menu pricing instead of over inflating everything then offering deals. By the time you figure it out you are heading for the chippy😇”
