  “Gone downhill sadly. Place needs a good scrub, tatty menus, desserts were still good. A few years back it used to be in tip top shape. Food establishments especially should take hygiene and cleanliness seriously”

  “This is the kind of business idea you have as a 4 year old. “Mom, when I grow up, I’m gonna have an ice cream restaurant and there will be cookie dough and burgers and also a pool table.” Desserts a size of your head, absolutely insane and amazing, 10/10, no notes.”

  “The front of house has been EXTREMELY rude on two occasions. Put us in a with my young nieces and it had not been wiped down. When I asked if someone could give the table a wipe she had such an attitude problem, as if I had asked something absurd. She wiped all the crumbs onto the seats.. it was so uncomfortable that I asked if I could have a brush to clean the seats, her response - it’s ok…. We have came out to enjoy ourselves and treat our kids, just puts a sour taste in your mouth when you have such bad customer service.”

  “The food was AMAZING. Had a little wait, as everything was made to order, but well worth the wait. My partner had a chicken burger and I had the smash burger loaded fries, then we had cheesecake for desert. There was plenty to chose from. We will definitely be back to try some of the other things on offer.”

  “I ordered four large faloodas for £28, and after waiting 15 minutes I was told you didn’t have noodles. This is extremely unprofessional. If an item is on the menu and you accept the order, the ingredients should be available or at the very least, customers should be informed immediately. Instead, I waited around 20 minutes only to find out you couldn’t make what I paid for. Very disappointing service and a poor customer experience.( manager please don’t reply with lame explanation next time improve your service)”

  “I strongly ADVISE you eat here!! The food here is 10/10. The portion for the price you pay… 120/10!! I’m not kidding you have to eat here. The service is 10/10 and there’s opportunity to win food or money off with their ‘spin the wheel game’. The food has immense flavour in everything even the salad lol.”

  “Visited Big Licks Glasgow with a group of four and ordered a munch. We’ve had Big Licks before (the Braehead one), so we knew the food standard going in, and honestly, it still delivered. Smasherella This was spot on. The burger was cooked well, full of flavour, and everything worked together nicely without being overdone. You can tell it’s made fresh rather than rushed. Buffalo Burger (no pickle) Really enjoyed this one. The buffalo flavour had a good kick without being overpowering, and the burger itself was juicy and well put together. No pickle was no problem at all — exactly as requested. BBQ Chicken Burger A solid choice. The BBQ sauce was rich and balanced, the chicken was cooked properly, and it held together well rather than falling apart halfway through. Fried Chicken Burger (no pickle) Crispy, flavourful, and cooked fresh. The coating was spot on and not greasy, and again, the order was followed exactly which is always appreciated. Chilli Cheese Bites These were class. Nice heat, proper cheese pull, and fried perfectly. Definitely one of the standout sides. Sweet Chilli Chicken Bites Really tasty with a good sweet-to-heat balance. The chicken was tender and the sauce coated everything evenly without being sticky or heavy. Fresh Mozzarella Squares (Buffalo) Loved these. The mozzarella was soft and fresh, and the buffalo sauce added a nice sharp kick that cut through the richness really well. Garlic Parmesan Fries (x2) Absolutely brilliant. Loads of flavour, well seasoned, and cooked properly. These were a big hit at the table and didn’t disappoint at all. Fries Simple, crispy, and done right — exactly what you want alongside burgers and sides. Defo ordered too much we took a lot home😆 All the food came out fresh and fantastic, and considering how much we ordered, everything was consistent. You can tell they care about the food, and it shows in every item. Service-wise, it was a bit mixed. At the start it was fine, but later on it felt like some staff couldn’t really be bothered and came across a bit hostile. A couple of staff members were genuinely lovely though, so it wasn’t everyone — just think some could have fixed their faces a bit 😂 That said, it didn’t take away from the food itself. We also got dessert to go, and that was brilliant as well — a perfect end to the meal. Reasonably priced for the quality especially Overall, despite the slightly patchy service, the food was unreal and exactly why we keep coming back. If you’re going for quality burgers, sides, and desserts, Big Licks still knows what it’s doing. Would happily order again.”

  “Great selection of deserts. Would recommend for anyone that has a sweet tooth. Great portion sizes and reasonable prices. Lots of seating area as well and staff is friendly. The restaurant is clean and we'll maintained”
