“Called to place an order as thought the delivered to my location, woman was extremely rude on phone to me saying I’ve called wrong place, very cheeky, I had explained that I order from that area a lot and thought they done delivery here as it isn’t that far, proceeded to say “wrong place,” then said “byee” very cheekily and hung up. Should be trained on how to speak to people properly, won’t be going in for collection again. Do better”
