  “Had a really great experience at Black Rooster Peri Peri on Duke Street. The food was fresh, tasty and full of flavour, and the service was excellent.   “I came into black rooster duke street last Tuesday. I was greeted with a big smile by a girl who works there named Becca she was very helpful and well mannered. She brought out my food and she checked on me to make sure everything was good. Hospitality across Glasgow needs more workers like her! She’s incredible.”

  “Popped into Black Rooster today and have to give a shout to Dylan on the till. He was absolutely lovely, kind, and really considerate. Service was clean, quick, and spot‑on. Makes such a difference when someone actually cares about how they treat customers. Cheers, Dylan — keep it up. The best Black Rooster I have been by long shot , definitely be back .”

  “Had such a fantastic experience at Black Rooster on Duke Street, and a huge shoutout to Kali! She was absolutely brilliant — so friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about making customers feel looked after, and Kali went above and beyond. Her amazing attitude made the whole experience even better.   “I've been going to black rooster in duke street for around a year and I stopped going as the staff attitude their was horrendous. I previously went the past 2 weeks and the energy with the new staff members was insane. I have went for my lunch every day within the past weeks and the new manager their Amy has just brightened up the whole shop she smiles to everyone speaks nice to the customer staff and apologises for mistakes that aren't even her own fault. I enjoy coming to the shop again as I enjoy the food a lot but had started going to another restaurant as I wasn't enjoying the service at all. I can see a huge improvement and you definitely have a life time customer as long as the service is like that”
