“Unfortunately not somewhere I would return. Although the service was pleasant enough and the child’s meal was sufficient, I cannot say the same. I ordered a biryani and asked what it meant by lightly spiced. The server said it was not spicy at all. I request they add some spice and perhaps made it medium, as I enjoy spice. I explained in detail and compared medium to other curry spice levels. He seemed to understand. Unfortunately when it came out it was incredibly over spiced. In this establishment, the chefs clearly do not taste the food before serving. I am a lover of spice, as is my uncle, who I brought the rest home for, but neither of us could get through it purely because it was absolutely doused in chilli. Way over the top. The chicken was also tough and overcooked. £30 down the drain. Our first visit and I can’t say that I would ever return.”

“We had a large party booking tonight and the service was fantastic. Everyone was very happy with their food. It was hot, delicious, generously portioned and authentic. The food all came out around the same time despite there being many of us and they were happy to bring out the cake we brought in for the birthday boy. We had a great evening and will definitely be back. Thank you Royal Tandoori *Chefs Kiss”
