Customer Review Summary

The complaints are sharper than the praise is long. Two reviewers describe takeaway failures: one waited about 45 minutes, was told five more minutes, then waited longer and found the naan undercooked, while another's pre-ordered meal arrived over an hour late and cold after three phone calls. One former regular says the prices doubled and reports stomach problems for their party after a recent visit. A neighbour objects to staff and the owner parking on the road despite the large car park opposite. One diner finds the dining room quiet and off putting without music, and another notes that the BYOB arrangement is easy with a co-op nearby.

“This is our favourite Indian! Really delicious food and always such friendly service. Very reasonable prices and my boyfriend loves the wings. They are now BYOB which is no problem given there is a co-op up the road”

“Terrible we preorderd well in advance . It came a hour and 15 minutes late . Food was cold we phoned 3 times. And each time they said the food was ready and waiting for the driver. Wouldnt order again ..”

“This restaurant used to be amazing and we would go at least once a month. Unfortunately something has changed there and after visiting recently the food and service was severally lacking and we all had various issues in the toilet department I.e S&D also the price has doubled. This was our last ever visit and will be looking for a new restaurant.”

“Walked in on a Thursday to get a takeaway. The person behind the counter took our order and didn't mention anything about timings. After 45 minutes of waiting I asked how much longer it would be and he said 5 minutes. 30 minutes later after asking a few times more our food finally arrived. Got back to find the Naan bread wasn't cooked properly which was amazing considering how long it took to come out. Phoned them to complain but apparently I live too far away for them to sort it out and conveniently for them I paid in cash. Such a shame as we really liked the food their but would never go back again with such bad service and communication!!!”
