“Ordered food through them through Uber Eats. It was 1hr30minutes late so I called to find out where the food might be. They said they were still preparing the food of the person ahead of me in the queue and they could cancel it and I would get my money back. This did not happen. They claimed that they lied and claimed that they had started preparing my food so I was still charged for it.”

“Just had beef chow mein chips and curry sauce delivered. Ordered over an hour and a half ago. Chips are burnt beef burnt. Also none of it was very hot just warm don't know how long it was sat on the counter Lotus house on Dover hill is very missed!!!”
