  “Had a grey hair on one of our pizzas, ate every slice except the ones touching the hair. Waited over an hour in total to get our orders for dinners and desserts. It would be fine if they were busy but there were only 4 other tables full. Man walked off with a rude face because we didn't tip due to bad service and the hair issue.”

  “We visit the Epping branch regularly as they are always so welcoming and accommodating to our kids. The staff are amazing as well as the food. Shout out to our server Carlos who always makes our visits so enjoyable and stress free. 5 stars all round.”

  “Our waiter, Carlos, was absolutely fantastic and a real credit to the restaurant. He was attentive, brilliant with the children, and very considerate around allergies. On top of that, he was just a genuinely nice person, which made the whole visit feel enjoyable.”

  “We had a great experience here last week with our two children. Carlos was amazing, so friendly and so accommodating to our son's particular food needs due to his ASD. All staff approached us to speak kindly to our children and made the meal so enjoyable. They even recommended we download the app which meant we got the children's meals free!! The food was brilliant too. No complaints!”

  “Today, we visited Epping Pizza Express after discovering that the Harlow branch was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. It turned out to be a great decision! The staff at Epping Pizza Express were absolutely amazing—kind, professional, and welcoming. Our kids were delighted to receive coloring sheets and Pizza Express paper hats, which was such a thoughtful touch. We ordered two starters, two pizzas, and drinks, and everything was absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding, making our experience even better. I highly recommend Epping Pizza Express to anyone looking for a great lunch or dinner spot. Thank you for a wonderful meal!”

  “Have been to a few Pizza Express restaurants over the years, not normally my favourite choice to go as we make pizzas with kids at home - but I have to say that the Epping one is by far the best one I have been to. My most recent visit was with work colleagues for a leaving meal, we was there for a few hours and the service was super. Drinks when we needed it, good food and no rushing. Even when it came to pay, there were no problems with everyone paying towards the total - which at some places can be (or at least seem) to be difficult for the restaurant. In terms of food - recommend the hot honey dough balls and also the Spicy dough balls - both really nice! Calzone was pretty good as well! Also tried a couple of beers I haven't previously tried which was nice. The restaurant was clean and tidy, as you would like to expect. Would certainly visit this restaurant again...!”
