“Just wow! Came in for soup, panini and iced tea, couple sausages for the dog and it was so delicious. Everything felt like it was such high quality, from the beetroot & potato salad alongside the panini to the big juicy pork sausages that Walter🐶 absolutely loved. (I also had some, full disclosure they were great) Everything just felt like it was a step up in quality but it all came down to £20 exactly. For a panini, iced tea, soup, sausages and a complimentary puppacino Snacks is a definite no-brainer to me!”

“Ordered drinks and belfast Bap with 2 toasties. We waited 30mins for the drinks and nearly an hrs for our food. When food came out we were minus a toastie . Excuses were " oh its because we are busy" yet the cafe was not full,half the tables were empty 2 customers left after requesting a refund ,man said he had been waiting 40mins for a sandwich. So if youre hungry and need food fast dont go into snackz.”

“Waited 45 mins for a sandwich, a sandwich not even a dinner. Other customers also gave out and asked for a refund and left, don’t blame them, as they were waiting 40+ mins also. I completely understand that places get busy, which this place wasn’t. I ended up getting my sandwich after 45 mins but my partner didn’t. I ate it as was absolutely starving after the long wait, my partner left with no food ended up asking for his refund. To add to it sandwich was not worth the wait at all. There’s no excuse at all for a heated sandwich to take that long god love them if it was midst of a summers day and the place was full, they’d have people walking out left right and centre either need more staff or to get rid of some of the chairs they have👍🏼👍🏼”
