Mowgli House Lamb

Slow-cooked lamb that falls apart, simmered with anise, plums and chickpeas. This was my Dad's heirloom recipe. A deep, rich, home kitchen gem.

Warm, syrup-soaked milk doughballs with a deliciously nutty sweetness, served with ice cream on the side. My family wouldn't let me leave this off the menu - it's the Indian home kitchen pudding we all grew up with. You only need to try it once to understand why.

The Mowgli Chocolate Brownie

Rich and indulgent chocolate brownie, served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. A real people pleaser, impossible not to love.
