  “Genuinely the must rude staff I’ve ever seen!!! Ordered and paid for online order to collect 7.20.went to collect and they told me it would be an extra £9 and rolled her eyes and told well it will be long wait while walking away.i have spoken a lot of people had the same experience with rude staff!”

  “I keep having horrible experiences in PG Chips and giving it another chance just because it's handy for me before a long drive. I always hear people saying about the rude staff and extremelyyyy long wait time. My friend was just saying she has had nothing but horrible service and rude workers. I had ordered my order online at 5pm today for collection at 7.20. I got in and the girl tried charging me £9 more and I said I've paid already and she was very cross and walked off saying it's more with the VAT on it. I paid on this website. (I went to counter at exactly 7.20, when it's meant to be ready, again I ordered at 5pm) Then she said "Well you'll be waiting a while, we're very busy" and stormed away off? This looks like a very unhappy work force and has been this way since it opened. I then heard my order get called out 20 mins after it should have been ready, went to counter and the girl threw it onto the counter and the bag fell sideways, I had to try to catch the items falling out, while the girl had turned away to not even acknowledge me so she could laugh with her friend. Got home and was telling various people and all had very similar stories.”

  “Had a brief stop for lunch here today. Staff where nice and helpful, portion of fish and taste excellent. Price was great, did the trick ty”

  “Absolutely disgusting service of late. Last order was declined and took few days to get money back as the app said could deliver and shop said it couldn't. Then tonight over 2 hour wait on cold food when speaking to staff they was rude, hostile and just down right disgusting! I will be complaining to the boss as this was disgraceful service! PAUL SORT YOUR STAFF OUT! Also didn't get right order even though you've to pay extra for the toppings.”

  “Service is very hostile and unprofessional. Food seems low quality, which isn’t great when it’s definitely more expensive than some chippys near by. PG Chips at wrights portadown much much better. Recommend going there instead”

  “40 mins wait for a chip was a bit longer, especially when it's pre ordered, and not the first time the wait has been over 30 mins past the estimated time, but people walking in, ordering, and getting served before me is a bit of a joke, won't be back.”

  “Lovely fresh food and great menu but it's incredibly slow, you can phone in the order or use the dedicated app but it's still painfully slow and the electronic ordering process with numbers seems to slow the whole thing down rather than speed it up! Staff are very pleasant and good at their jobs..”

  “Waited half an hour for my order and after the lengthy wait I got some uniquely burnt goujons and chicken gravey. Ah well, I suppose it’s better than being undercooked! 😂”

  “Consistently miss items from my order. I be ordering for a family of 7 and despite getting them to read the order back to me at the counter when I collect it, something doesn't be in the bag when I get home. When I called about it tonight the best they could do was ask did I want to come back for it. 20 mins drive away! They couldn't/wouldn't refund the price of it over the phone either. Totally fed up with this shoddy service and I've had enough and won't be back.”
