Customer Review Summary
Reviews are sharply mixed, and most are critical. One recurring complaint centers on cold, under-seasoned dishes, with one diner describing the chicken and cashew as gloopy and flavourless. A second reviewer reports being ignored at the door for ten minutes while a couple was seated first. Service and flavour concerns dominate, though a couple of diners praise the food and staff.

“服務態度差,老闆娘更視我不見,看到本地人非常熱情❤️🔥 廚房不時傳來中國產濃濃的煙味🤮 蝦餃得3粒,見到別人相片是4粒,我不再來了bye”

“Me and my wife wanted to try here today (6/8/26). We waited to be seated for about 8-10 minutes with no acknowledgement of our presence even though there was about 4 tables empty. A Chinese couple then arrived, walked straight past us, and the staff came over to seat them immediately but ignored us. The couple wasn't happy with their table so the staff quickly cleaned an empty table they preferred and moved them. After that they continued to ignore us, and didn't even offer us the old table. The woman at front of house glanced at us, then disappeared. For the 10+ minutes we stood waiting every member of staff ignored us, even when they came over to seat the other couple”

“We thought this place would be an authentic experience and offer tasty chinese food. The service was poor, we were there with 2 young kids so ordering fast was key. I had to ask 3 times if i could order after sitting for 5-6 minutes and getting drinks. We kept being told only the manager could take orders. A little strange when there was 4 other waiting staff. Anyways we did get the order in and the food came out 10 minutes or so later. We got prawn chow mein, chicken and cashews, mongolian chicken and a couple of starters. The chow mein was plain noodles with some prawns, no sauce, no seasoning, no veg. The chicken and cashew had no taste at all. It was as if it was just served with gloopy corn flour slurry. Again no seasoning, no flavour. The mongolian chicken was nice, not the best iv had but couldnt fault it. All in all for £75 this felt like a total waste and i begrudged paying it. Staff didnt seem too concerned, when i complained about the chicken cashew they offered to bring my soy sauce. Perhaps they thought that was a friendly gesture but if you’re paying £18 for something, you shouldnt hear customers saying “this has no flavour”.”

“點心上枱熱辣辣,推薦炸薑蒽牛肉,豉汁蒸鳯爪也不錯,蝦餃及叉燒包味道一般,咖喱牛肚味道可以,但牛肚好像橡膠,要𡁻好耐才可吞落肚,最差迷你珍珠雞,料少及散晒嘅糯米飯,不推薦。”
