  “We had book a table for 6.30 and it was quite busy. We were showed to our table and ordered at the bar. Our food arrived quite quickly and was very tasty. One gammon meal and one salmon. Both were piping hot and delicious. Izzy and Carlene our servers were both friendly, courteous and efficient. This is our second visit and will certainly be back again to sample more from the extensive menu and were pleased to see the many special offers”

  “Really liked the new menu and the restaurant. It was clean. Food was really nice. I ordered boneless wings, chicken tacos and loaded katau fries. I really enjoyed the food! Great value for money! Unfortunately they didn’t read instructions and starters and mains come out together. We didn’t receive our drinks until our food came out. Was happy with the food though.”

  “First time on the spare of the moment thing. we went in a few years ago and not been since it changed hands but service was exceptionally good and food priced reasonable. I had a 8oz sirloin and hubby had the honey salmon it was fantastic cooked perfectly. Only issue was a fly that was far too friendly and wanted to share our food. We will definitely be making it a regular thing.”

  “Been tonight for my daughter's birthday. Group booking of 11. Was absolutely packed, but food was quick and didnt take too long to be served at the bar. Had ChicknMix, 4 chicken skewers, 6 onion rings and rice... Chicken skewers were perfectly tender. Staff couldnt have been more helpful. 5 meals £58 with blue light card. Great new refurbishment.”

  “Really enjoyed our visit to the Bramford Arms in Wootton. The food was spot on and came out really quickly. The staff were all friendly and easy to chat to, which made the whole experience even better. The place looks amazing after the refurb. It's modern, really clean and has a great atmosphere. You can tell a lot of effort has gone into it. Definitely worth checking out if you're nearby. We'll 100% be back!”

  “Went tonight for the first time after the refurb. It was extremely busy so of course where were waiting times, however, it was great to see a local pub thriving again and the food was fabulous - I will especially recommend the beef tacos as they were epic. There were 8 of us ranging from 3 months to 76 and we all had a lovely time, big shout out to Jo who works like a Trojan. Looking forward to many more lovely evenings”

  “Visited the Bramford Arms in Wootton recently and had a fantastic experience. The food was brilliant, well cooked and really enjoyable. The staff were welcoming, friendly and made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived. The bar area is modern and inviting, and the recent refurbishment has made the whole place look fresh and impressive. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and tidy, creating a really pleasant atmosphere. A great pub with excellent food, fantastic service and a lovely environment. I'd happily recommend it and will definitely be returning.”

  “Popped in just for a small bite but ended up with steak n ale pie, steak (onion rings, peppercorn sauce, peppers & onions) on a skillet. The steak was beautiful and hubby enjoyed his meal. We haven’t been for a while but will definitely be returning”

  “Christmas day meal. Had to wait 40 minutes for our table standing up as no where to sit. I can't stand too long so found it very uncomfortable. Ladies sitting at a table near to us said there was half hour wait. Our table was still being used by earlier diners. 40 minutes late our table became free. The staff were still adding to the table as we sat there. The starters came. The soup was Luke warm so went back to be re heated. Waited ages for the main course. And again was partly hot and some was cold. Another went back to be reheated. Waited ages for the table to be cleared, eventually we did it our selves. We kept asking for our complimentary drinks which finally came with our dessert. And again we cleared our own table. 3 hours it took to have our meal after waiting so long between servings. For Christmas day, this place was obviously very under staffed, and it had a knock on effect to customers. The staff were very professional and polite considering the amount of complaints. They even presented our pre purchased birthday cake after our meal. The food was perfectly cooked and portion sizes were excellent but not piping hot. For Christmas day, customers paid a lot for their meals and the service was below standard. This has been a regular go to place for us on special occasions and has always been top class. But, unfortunately this Christmas day this was not the case. Like I said, very under staffed. My opinion is, that there was no back up plan to cover the obvious shortfall in staff on that day.”
