  “Wow what a find in Downham Market. Dog friendly area within Reeds Homestore cafe. Fresh home cooked food and home made cakes. Dogs have a jar of biscuits ready for them on the table, fresh water bowl delivered to your dog AND they provide a dog bed so they aren’t sitting on the floor!!!!! lol 5 stars from MollyDog also xxxxxxxx”

  “This place has gone downhill. Ate here earlier in Summer and had Jackets potatoes with prawns but it wasnt as expected. The prawns tiny and it seemed like they were from a tin or jar of a pre made mixture. …”

  “Popped into Reeds Cafe and we ordered a Black coffee and Darjeeling, a speciality tea which I drink at home all the time too, with a cheese scone and a slice of coffee cake. The coffee arrived nicely hot but the tea was NOT Darjeeling but strong breakfast tea...Ugh The scone was quite light and nice, however the coffee cake was very dry and had obviosly been there some time (stale)... So disappointed that I will not be rushing back.”

  “Brilliant staff, dog friendly area with dog beds to use and free treats on the table. The cakes and coffee are amazing!! The scones look delicious 😋 Will absolutely be returning, in fact I'd come for a trip just to use this cafe! …”

  “Love love love the cakes, the friendly service and good price point. I don't like how it smells of cooked food, mainly fat/oil in the restaurant area. The coffee is ok(ish) nothing stands out. Cups are smaller than others. I really want these outlets to keep going and prosper as a better option against the larger coffee chains.”

  “Fabulous welcome, lovely friendly staff. The food is exceptionally good and very good value for money. The cake selection caused a problem, we could not choose from all the delicious choices. We visit family in Downham and always enjoy a trip to Reeds for tea and cake or ro enjoy a filling lunch.”
