“Went on a Friday afternoon , probably a busy time for subway and this outlet had one member of staff working. He was busy trying to do just eat orders I’d say there was 4-5 drivers in there waiting and then myself and 2 others in the queue. The poor man was trying his hardest but was ran off his feet. I waited around 20 mins before finally being served after some of the just eat orders were done. Whoever runs this place - if you only have one member of staff working you shouldn’t be accepting just eat orders too it isn’t fair on the one person doing everything! Most subways have 2 people working on the counter and one doing just eat orders. I’ve been here a few times and only ever seen one person working. When does he have a break? Not fair on anyone - customers or the worker !”
