“Gourmet burger patty was very poor quality i felt bad eating it, although the bun was ok. Ketchup wasn’t ketchup. It was some cheap red sauce. Please don’t tell customers to try a new sauce which you are yet to “come across someone that didn’t like it”. It just felt like you were pushing it out, and some might feel pressured to say they did like it in order not to appear to be the odd ones. The sauce was nothing special.”

“I’ve been a regular customer at Pica Chillis for a long time, but after my latest experience I won’t be ordering again. Whenever you order pizza, the staff always push for garlic butter base and extra chillies, obviously because they can charge extra for it. Charging £1 just for a few chunks of green chilli and extra again for garlic butter base is ridiculous, but I accepted it. What really annoyed me was my last order. I ordered 4 burgers and specifically asked THREE TIMES for one burger to be without salad. When I got home, it still had salad in it. Mistakes happen, fair enough, but when I called to complain, the guy denied I ever asked for it without salad instead of simply admitting the mistake. On top of that, with 4 burgers they only gave 1 sauce and expect customers to pay extra for more sauces. There are much better places in Ravensthorpe with better customer service. Sadly, I won’t be ordering from Pica Chillis again.”
