  “Missed part of order and when i phoned the shop they put me on hold twice. Eventualy after third attempt they simply said we havent got a driver to come back. Totally unprofessional and uncaring attitude. We wont be using them again. First time and last time user. Cant believe been told in response to my review that we never called shop and they didnt know about a problem until I posted a review. That looks like 3 calls to the shop to me. Its one thing making a mistake but its another not owning it and accepting how appauling they dealt with it. And then to say my review needs to serve a purpose is a total joke just like the service.”

  “Not as good as they usually are. Been ordering food from here for years but the most recent order was incorrect. I should have clarified, I ordered in person and not via phone.”

  “Not happy burger wasn't cooked properly, they couldn't do nothing about it apparently, neither did uber won't be ordering again, just to add on i did ring the shop they told me they couldn't do nothing so don't start saying this on Google when I've got screenshot of me ringing your shop after I received my order, the worce thing is you say you could of done somthing but your shop was closing and uber said you can't give me a refund the pizza was amazing the burger was not edible to eat”

  “Their pizza is 🔥 So good I would recommend the half iz (sorry if I didnt spell it right) pizza. I have an extremely picky family and the only place anyone can agree on is BigFellas would definitely recommend. And if you haven't tried it yet..... What are you waiting for!!!”

  “Pizza was spot on and opted for the Peri Peri one, spicy and just right. Noticed a lot of bad reviews too, but my experience was pleasant and would order again, sometimes it can go wrong and we can make mistakes but i am sure they do their best to meet high expectations and would always give them a second chance if your first experience was poor. One of the best pizza i have had in a while, thank you Bigfellas.”

  “Even though it’s not a dine-in spot, I still give it a whopping 5 stars! I’ve been coming here for the last 15 years, and honestly, I’ve never looked back. The pizza is always so amazing! You absolutely have to try this place if you’re a pizza lover!”

  “Order arrived almost stone cold, dont even know how thats possible as it arrived much quicker than expected, i ordered cheese cruat in the pizza, didnt get it, garlic mayo is literally like water but the cheesy garlic bread is one of the best ive had, really mixed review”

  “Awful pizza. Place has gone downhill faster than Boris Johnson on a zip line. Specifically requested on the phone not to burn the pizza, as I ordered a few months back and they gave it burnt to a crisp. Same scenario as you can see from picture. Picture doesn't really show properly but some edges were black and rock hard. Sadly, I won't be returning. P.S. if you think the pizza looks perfectly cooked you must be blind”

  “Great pizzas, highly recommended: 1. Great customer service - polite and courteous, pick up only don’t expect comfy seating / waiting room with toilets 🤣 2. Awesome pizzas - medium / thick base, plenty of toppings; we usually go for the mixed grill, marakesh and BBQ chicken (always a winner with the family) - HMC certified for those inclined that way 👍 - Pick up 2 x large pizzas @ ~£30, plenty for 4 people and the next day 😉 3. Tricky find, but plenty of parking - we usually like to collect; it’s a unit within an industrial park - plenty of parking spaces further on”
