And yes, it’s absolutely glorious. Light, warm, perfectly crumbly, paired with clotted cream that could convert even the most stubborn “cream-first” purist. It’s the kind of scone that makes you pause mid‑bite and reconsider your life choices. The coffee? Outstanding. Properly made, rich, smooth, and served with the kind of confidence that tells you they know exactly what they’re doing. The green tea?   “We just wandered down an alley and found the gem. Tea,(and coffee), are taken seriously here, but not too seriously and the scones are such as you will burn in hell for trying them. I will, most certainly, be returning”

  “I live too far from the shop so order online. I appreciate the sustainability aspect of using second hand packaging, but a used shoe box?! Moreover, the hairs found in it have deterred me from ordering again. What a shame as the teas are all delicious.”

  “Great find! A massive range of teas and delicious scones. The cakes looked very nice but I was full of scone. Staff were very nice and helpful. Will be back!”

  “This beautiful and quaint cafe has such a homely vibe, with all sorts of interesting details decorating the rooms. The staff are ultra friendly and welcoming - beautiful people. And I'm bedazzled by the massive range of teas to pick from, despite having a delicious coffee. Would recommend this place every time, for family, solitude, but especially for a romantic treat!”
