  “3rd time ordered and 3rd time disappointed. We use to order lots but lately food became poor. Given last chance today as sometimes things happened but it was mistake. Food quality went down thats for sure. When last time ordered kebab and second meal was salad in pita the salad was old from day before so my partner had to eat old salad really bad then ordered again come after 1h cold so had to put my kebab in microwave to eat hot and orderedwithgarlic and chilli sauce and get just chilli no garlicat all... definitely wouldn't recommend anymore!!! 2 stars only for food portions nothing else. Even pitas coming cold not grilled. Shocking. Moving to another kebab shops may pay few pounds more but will get what I pay for HOT EVENING I ASK FOR AND ON TIME 👍”

  “Omg! As someone who has grown up eating Turkisk kebabs from my teens in East London, Green Lanes and Wood Green. I have always found the Turkish kebabs this side of the river tasteless but not Kia Kebab. Thankfully my daughter recommended it and after reading lengthy reviews amd checking hygiene status. This is by far the best Kebab I've had in years! It was so good we didn't even take pictures but we consumed it very quickly. We ordered a Lamb doner and chicken shish and it was amazing. My only feedback is that the chicken was a tiny bit over for my liking but I still ate it. I think this was partly due to ordering via Uber Eats. Otherwise, I'll be ordering again.”

  “Really good food, fresh and tasty. The kebab was juicy and well cooked. Will definitely come again. you are finishing a long summer day out in London, this is the exact fuel you need. The Lamb Shish is the star of the show—perfectly charred on the outside from the open coal grills, but incredibly juicy and tender on the inside. Leaflet Menu is really good.”

  “I stopped by Kia Kebab the other day and it really hit the spot. As soon as I walked in, the guys behind the counter were welcoming and moved through the orders quickly, even though it was starting to get busy. I ended up grabbing the lamb doner, and it was spot on—the meat was flavorful and not too greasy, and the salad was actually fresh and crunchy. The best part was definitely the sauce; I asked for extra chili and garlic, and they didn't hold back. It’s a clean, honest shop where you get exactly what you pay for: a massive portion of good food that’s ready in minutes. If you’re in the area and hungry, you honestly can't go wrong here.”

  “I often order from him a their delivery is sooooo quick (I do live 10 mins away). The lamb donner and chips is delicious and their chilli sauce is proper chilli sauce! 10/10. Great customer service. If they ever forget anything they have always returned promptly with it. Best lamb donner in Dartford.”

  “I went there first time, i ordered shish kebab and chips, i was amazed to see how quickley they make my order😀😶 its was very delicous. One more thing about shop the boss is very sweet and nice person , he gave free drink🥰 overall, my first experience in this shop was fab😍 and i ll go again and try new kebab.”

  “I am writing this comment about this place for the first time! Bad reviewing! I think this place have changed, or someone else take it over! Different people answering the phone. I ordered delivery I have been told 30-45 minutes which is fair. But it took literally 1 hour 10 minutes for 4 piece of chicken, 1 burger and an onion rings. I call back and asked why you said 45 max and I received over an hour and COLD!!! I have sick sister who need to take her medicines ! And her food delayed! ALL I GET FROM VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY! The answer was WE HAVE TO MANY DELIVERIES!! Which is not my problem! You should deliver the on the time you give people !! NOT SENDING 100 deliveries at once and everyone get it LATE AND (COLD) I do not recommend this place. As I mentioned at the beginning! THE PREVIOUS TURKISH owned I never had a problem!! Now I can hear ladies laughing loud back ground on the phone. Not taking people serious SENDING 100 DELIVERIES at once DELAYING everyone’s food COLD. Not good. BIG MINUS ———— from me and my sister.”

  “Probably worst customer service ever. You just get lied to on a regular basis. Apparently my driver is about 12 mins away sitting in traffic. I live in the flats by the traffic lights. At the end of the road. No regard for customer service. Not surprised really. Oh and the food, OK if your hungry, if not get it delivered, you will be starving by the time it arrives. That's why I always place cash on delivery. Cancelling is so much easier.”

  “Ordered a large chicken kebab with salad and a large portion of chips,the kebab wasn’t to bad but I’ve had better but the only really down fall was they don’t put onion on the salad…so large chicken kebab with salad with a large portion of chips and 2 cans of soft drink was £20…”
