Customer Review Summary
Fresh sushi is the most frequent draw, with reviewers singling out the salmon and the ultimate sushi platter as fresh and delicious. Close behind, the firecracker cauliflower is praised by two reviewers, one of whom also calls the aubergine and sweet potato curry in a vegan bento box the highlight. The bao buns are the highlight of another meal. The spicy kimchi ramen with generous steak is described as flavourful and filling, though another diner found the chicken version salty and bland, and the katsu rolls came with pungent sachets. Service is the recurring trade-off. Several describe friendly staff but slow service, from asking for food after a while to waiting to be served and get the bill. One phone order ran well past its quoted time, and the complimentary drinks offered as an apology never appeared. A reviewer also found the chicken wings drier than hoped. Reviewers welcome the halal options. In one order mix-up, the kitchen forgot a requested tempura sushi swap and brought the tempura sushi out as a complimentary dish.

“I ordered the ultimate sushi platter. The food was fresh and delicious, no complaints. I especially liked the salmon sushi. I switched the california sushi for tempura sushi at the time of order but there was some confusion and they forgot to make the switch. The staff was kind enough to bring the tempura sushi as a complimentary dish! The atmosphere is not instagram aesthetic but its a nice cozy place to grab a meal with your friends or solo if you are around.”

“This place was reccomended to me by a friend with high praise for the Ramen noodles & sushii & the fact that it was all halal so obviously i had to try it. I placed a phone order for the spicy kimchi chicken Ramen noodles, katsu chicken rolls, mango mochi & edamame beans. Boy was i disappointed!!!! They said it would be ready in 25 minutes, my husband went an hour later and he still had to wait for the order. When i called there was so much confusion on the phone, even though the worker apologised saying it was unexpectedly busy and that for our inconvinience he would offer us some complimentary drinks on the house. My husband went back for them and they were no were to be seen so he gave up and came home! The Ramen was NOT great, it had v little flavour, it was SALTY and the chicken breast was bland!!! The katsu rolls were not great either, the sachets that came with them were pungent. Dont think ill ever be trying sushiii again!!!! The only highlight of this whole meal were the mango mochis which were soo delicious and the steamed edamame beans which were edible. Overall a v v v v v v disappointed customer. I Shall not be returning here again in the future!!”
