  “Went in for lunch today but had to leave before ordering due to the loud volume of the music. So disappointed as the food looked great and the other reviews were so good but we couldn't hear each other talk. Only posting this to make the propiators aware.”

  “I wish I could place a decent review of this place but unfortunately they wouldn't accept a booking for 7 people for lunch on 5th September because 'they are not taking bookings because of Invasion(some geeky comic con type event)'. I don't know of many hospitality venues, given the current climate, who would not accomodate a booking of this type and willingly turn away a virtually guaranteed £250-300 worth of trade. Their choice at the end of the day but disappointing nontheless...”

  “We visited yesterday before heading off to try on wedding dresses, and had such a lovely experience. We ordered a round of cocktails, and the manager asked what the occasion was. A few minutes later, one of the waiters came over with four glasses of Prosecco, compliments of the manager, to help us celebrate! It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that really made our day feel even more special. The cocktails were delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Customer service like this is hard to come by, and it’s little acts of kindness like this that people remember. Thank you so much for making the start of such a special day even more memorable. We’ll definitely be back!”

  “Me and my partner ALWAYS come here for brunch and order the same thing because it is sooooo good! And our favourite 😁 The food tastes really vibrant because it is so fresh. You can really taste all the natural ingredients. Their smoothies are home made too. "The Yellow One" is my favourite 💛 I always have smashed avacado brunch. They always cook the poached egg to just how I like it and i have extra bacon. My partner has a lounge breakfast. Just divine. Great value for money for what you actually get. No processed rubbish here! The atmosphere is always really relaxed and easy going. It's lovely to sit in. The menu is modern, taking into account allergies/intolerances, or just preference of vegan/veggie/meat. There's something for everyone! Highly recommend and will be returning like usual 🤣”

  “I was really looking forward to dining here after walking past many times and seeing it busy. Unfortunately, it was such a disappointing experience! When I walked in with my date, there was only one staff at the bar, she noticed us but looked away and pretended to be busy. So we just stood there waiting to be seated in a nearly completely empty restaurant. A young girl in a crop top walked over and just told us we could sit anywhere. I wasn't offered a gluten free menu. The table we chose to sit at was dirty so my date asked the girl to come clean it, she sprayed all over my dress and my hands, she knew she did this too as she had an arrogant smirk on her face. Yes, I noticed. How the table was even dirty in an empty restaurant I don't know. We ordered at the bar and the man that served us was the only decent one there. We ordered our food and a couple of pina coladas. We originally chose cherry bakewell cocktail but they didn't have the ingredients in stock. I mention this because the pina colada was not pina colada at all! It tasted completely of banana which is not the flavour profile of that cocktail. They obviously didn't have the right ingredients for that either! Our food came and it looked lovely and that's about it. The quality of the meat however was shocking and I couldn't stomach the smell of the 'lamb' kebabs. The sweet potato fries where the most edible thing. Absolutely shocking experience and won't be rushing back!”

  “Overall it’s okay the food isn’t bad but the coleslaw was on the dry side but the chipotle sauce was good the tables are not that clean and it takes them about 10-20 mins to clear tables when they aren’t that busy. But the place is beautiful full of pictures and lights. The staff didn’t come to ask if everything is ok and I don’t mind that but some other people might. The high chairs were all dirty and I had to get it myself and the one I took didn’t have the straps which I didn’t realise and then I had to go back and change it and the second one kept going side to side like it wasn’t straight I just used it because I couldn’t be bothered to get another one.”

  “We love the Romano lounge, it’s one dog friendly place we can come for dinner where we feel relaxed. Staff were so welcoming getting our pup a puppychino which he loved ! Winning ! The food is Devine and the Cabernet red wine was lush! We had the Sri lanken prawn curry, a few tapas dishes and a cherry Bakewell cocktail. Everything was perfect. Has a chilled atmosphere and nice background music, we will come here again”
