“Having ordered regularly from Ali's, we certainly won't be ordering again. I selected collection instead of delivery, which I can understand was my fault but having a newborn baby, these things happen. They then decided they would charge £9 to deliver it, knowing we had no other choice but to pay the £9 or lose out on the whole order. I then went to check how much it would have been if I'd clicked delivery and it was actually £4 cheaper 👌 Terrible customer service. And have lost us as customers.”
