  “I've checked this place out a few times, and I think there are some things they could really improve. Their döner meat can be awesome when it’s cooked right, but last time, a big chunk of it just wasn’t up to scratch. I also noticed the meat-to-chips ratio was way off—only counted 17 chips, and a few were overcooked to the point of crumbling. It would be nice to see more chips to go along with all that meat. Plus, being limited to just two sauces felt a bit too strict; giving customers the option for more would definitely make the meal better. Another thing is the cash-only policy. That can be a real hassle, especially when you have to pay a fee to use the ATM nearby. Adding more payment options would make things easier for customers. Lastly, it would be great if they could step up their hygiene game—clean uniforms and hair nets would really help create a better vibe. There’s definitely potential here, and I hope they take some of this feedback on board to make things even better.”

  “Ordered 2 doner wraps. Wraps were soggy with dripping fat. No chilli sauce on the wrap that was supposed to have chilli sauce. Minimal amount of coleslaw. Wouldn't normally complain, but this wasn't the 1st time. Won't be ordering from here again!”

  “Bought takeaway pizza in person. Service was prompt. Looked like they made it from fresh. Tasted good but not very warm ... and had a bad reaction from it afterwards which I am still suffering from nearly 48 hours later”

  “Delicious kebabs and pizzas. As a family we've been using Fernandos for years and have never been disappointed. The owner is always friendly as are all the staff. I highly recommend their kebabs and pizzas. We are locals who have ordered from Fernandos for years. Even with other take outs opening locally they are not a patch on Fernandos.”

  “Order Donna meat and chips and onion rings Meat and chips were under the salad so the chip and meat was cold. The chip look like they have been cooked 3 or 4 times and were hard The onion ring were same the chips and were cold.”

  “I’ll be honest, I use to get pizza from here all the time as a kid up until I was 19 years old roughly. I then barely ordered from there, maybe once or twice a year. In the last year, we’ve ordered a few times but a lot of the time I either won’t get anything and my husband will or we will get something. My husband finds the pizzas bland and not cooked enough so he normally orders a Kebab with no issues. I normally have a pizza and yes again I also feel it’s not fully cooked sometimes and just not the same. A couple of times I’ve had the burger now. First time I had it I felt a bit ill the next day but put it down to just a bad batch or whatever. Got it again last night (months and months apart) and today again I’ve not felt right at all. Stomach has been playing up. Hopefully I’m starting to feel a bit better now but I even woke up in the night with pain in my stomach. I now know it’s the burger and because of this we won’t be ordering from here again. It’s gone down hill and I don’t think they’re as hygienic or safe with food as they say they are. Very disappointing. Bring back the old owner from 10+ years ago! - to add he was also a lovely guy and the workers there were lovely at that time. Now they all seem miserable and overworked. Sort it out or close down you’re becoming a hazard!!”
