“Would love to have given 5 stars for service as the food was great, but, despite advising the staff when we arrived at 6.15 that we were going to a show in 1 hour and 15 minutes, there seemed to be no intention of getting our food to us promptly - we ordered 2 mains at 6.28 and were still waiting 40 minutes later, leaving us only 20 minutes to eat; it was not particularly busy. We had to rush our food and couldn’t finish it, and when I asked for a box to take away the remainder, it was literally thrown on the table by the staff member who then walked off without saying anything. There was no need for that attitude as we had been respectful and friendly to her and didn’t complain. Bad service is not good for business!”

“Went here for a trip and it was our last day and decided to stop over here while wait for our coach. We had luggages so needed a place that wasn’t too cramped. This place was quite big! Sat outside in the benches area so vibes were nice, breezy, forest-y view. Cool lady with orange-y red hair was so lovely!! Top tier service! I’d lowkey come back again just for her :3 Prices on google said it was 10 ish quid, but here’s an updated menu. Not too bad but ig we’re just used to London prices :P Its a QR code table thing but we couldnt scan our table’s one for some reason but thats okay. Not too fused about that, but good for people who would rather order on their phones. Gender neutral toilets! They got lots of weird and interesting drink names, was very tempting to order some but we spent all our money already around Bournemouth 😭😭😭”

“Recently visited the stable for my friend’s birthday and could not be more impressed with the service that we received. Our server Laura was very accommodating to our requests and was hot on recommendations and also asked if we wanted to be moved outside when a table came available, as it was a very hot day. The food was really really good, and came quite quickly once we had ordered, even though it seems to be quite a busy day for them. Highly recommend if you are in the Bournemouth area and are looking for somewhere to go that’s got good food good drinks and altogether good service”

“Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the folks at The Stable. I organised dinner for 15 people, and they were quick to respond, share a pre order link and secure a booking. When we arrived, everything was quick and well organised. Food was great! Leave space for dessert and ciders. Thank you!”
