  “Burgers are always unreal from here. We regularly ordered smash burgers and chicken burgers and they always arrived hot and delicious. Never a week where we were disappointed! Chips are good too, can be a bit too hard sometimes though but wouldn’t take away a star when we’ve consistently had such good burgers from there. Could be best delivery burgers in Chester.”

  “First time trying Smashies and it definitely won’t be my last. The burgers were juicy, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. Every bite had that authentic smash burger taste that sets it apart from the usual burger places. The team were quick, helpful, and made sure everything was spot on. Great quality food and excellent customer service. Highly recommended! 🍔👌”

  “was introduced to smashies a couple months ago and oh my god. That is the burger i have ever had in my entire life. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, and the people there are soo sweet and always so so generous!! You’d be missing out if you haven’t had it”

  “Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered through Uber Eats and my order was marked as delivered even though I never received any food. I called the restaurant immediately to explain the situation and instead of trying to help, the staff were dismissive, frustrating and honestly very rude throughout the conversation. The first thing they said was that the food had been left on my doorstep because apparently they knocked and nobody answered, but there was absolutely nothing outside my door, no pictures to show they delivered it and said they believed over the driver over me because he’s been working with the for a long time. I explained this multiple times and tried to calmly resolve the issue, but they kept repeating themselves instead of actually listening or offering any solution. What annoyed me the most was the complete lack of customer service. No apology, no attempt to investigate properly, no replacement offered and no effort to help a paying customer who never even received their meal. I understand delivery issues can happen, but the way the situation was handled was incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. I ended up paying for food I never got and was basically told there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing experience overall and definitely not the level of service customers should expect.”

  “I just got in after a long working day. I ordered a triple smashies and curly fries. My god!!! It was the dream. Honestly 5 stairs ain't enough. These guys deserve the whole milky way. If I ever happen to be working in Chester again, I will surely come over again for another one. Thanks guys!!! Your burger was a real treat!”

  “Should’ve gone to Burger King! The burger was ok but I was expecting a lot more quality and flavour. Burger Kings Burgers are a lot better and you get a lot more for your money. I ordered loaded Nachos and it was just nachos and cheese sauce? The picture on the menus makes it look like you actually get LOADED nachos instead of this. I called the shop after the guy sounded half asleep and didn’t really care. I told him I would right a review he said he would inform the manager. £15 for a burger and loaded nachos. Would not recommend!”
