  “I went for breakfast twice here. First time no issues and the food was hot and good. The second time I encountered this plus sized lady who was on some weird power trip, I explained I have a dab waiting outside and I am in a bit of a hurry and to please let me know when my takeaway order off the Mc Donald’s App will be ready? She barked back that she doesn’t know and then when the screen lit up with collect on my token. She referred me to the instore tray area said my order would be ready there. Clearly all delivery orders were on the left and she served others whilst not putting my order out. In the end I had to leave without my order. Clear biased and prejudiced behaviour from this person. If it wasn’t for the fact that it was morning I would have given her my two cents.”

  “Ordered 2 identical meals and one came with more fries than the other. Demonstrably so. Also, server was wearing a mask. Fair enough - but wearing a mask protects others from the mask wearer (not the other way around) so if she has a savage dose of late mutation Covid should she be handling food?”

  “The cleaners are very kind always stopping to grab your tray as soon as you finish your meal, very kind lady today got me a napkin too before I left because there was some sauce on me and I didn’t realise. Best McDonald’s out there”

  “Soon as I came into the shop, I had a little bikini on and they asked me to put a top on so I said yeah, no worries forgot all about it and was waiting for my order. They would not make it accusing. I didn’t pay for it when I showed them my receipt. They were just being so rude to me and I put a top on and then they gave him my order because they refused to give it to me. The chips were undercooked with black hairs in it made my food poorly just because they didn’t like my attitude”

  “Last weekend 22 Feb sat after the night out been to McDonald's for some food the atmosphere was busy though but the service amazing there was a tall guy at the table area he mentioned his name very long cant remember (tall wearing black sweatshirt)... he was amazing,he greeted us nicely,cleaned the table properly later my partner dropped the drinks on the table by mistake he didn't mind at all and move us to another clean table despite he was so busy .For the service amazing 😊 and really love to go again and meet these amazing people.Top class service hope they keep it up .”

  “Got to be my worst experience of McDonald’s Sunday afternoon- waited 25minutes for two chicken sandwiches- food cold. No manager presence. All young staff with no direction didn’t have an idea how to help. Training needed to empower them especially if the floor manager isn’t around. One lady was looking at food orders and passing them down not giving direction ti the team. I could see our food sat there at this point with other meals and they were prioritising small orders not food! Order 48 - ordered at 2.20pm - food delivered at 2.50pm- meant to be fast food!!”

  “Worst food and delivery order of my life and I'm not exaggerating. The driver profile was a man on Uber Eats. Based on the delivery profile on Uber Eats I was expecting a man on a bike. The man turned up after taking a lot longer than it should have done in his car (not a bike). He did not get out of the car, instead his wife or girlfriend got out of the car with my food and delivered it to my doorstep. I took the food bags and then she left. Then when I was opening thr bag I could tell it had been opened and resealed poorly because the sauce tubs were even stuck on the outside of the paper bag and the stickers had been ripped multiple times. The food was stone cold, half of my fries were missing and both apple pies were also completely missing. The food was that cold it was inedible. I threw the majority of it away and didn't even trust drinking my drinks. I believe the uber eats delivery driver is operating illegally by getting his wife to deliver with him and handling the food when she is not employed by uber eats and was not on the profile picture. This is disgusting behaviour. In the UK l, inflation is through the roof and I'm paying more than ever for fast food at mcdonalds. I will never order from that mcdonalds again. I rang the uber driver to complain but the woman answered and said they will ring the mcdonalds but did nothing as expected. I rang mcdonalds but there number on Google doesn't work as if the line is left off the hook. I asked for a refund on the uber eats app but only got refunded for the missing apple pies. I am disgusted at Uber Eats lack of accountability, safety and compliance measures. This is not the first time someone different to the driver on the uber eats profile has turned up to deliver goods or food. I will be cancelling my uber eats one annual payment and never ordering from that mcdonalds again. How can you charge £20+ for two meals and desserts that are not even edible. Quality worse than ever but price is higher than ever and it makes no sense. Don't use Uber Eats its not hygienic or safe.”

  “Large McDonald's branch in town centre. Nicely decorated and seem very popular. Self service worked fine (food prep took longer than expected). Food was McDonald's usual (ease on the salt!) During morning visit the place was still kept clean.”
