“Service is far too slow. Went during lunch which was a busy period and the cafe was packed, was told our order can take upto half an hour due to the fact they were so busy. Over an hour later, still no food, all we ordered were 2 sandwiches. We had to cancel the order, pay for our drinks and leave. Horrible experience. Either hire more staff or don’t give unrealistic waiting time. Will never go back again. Wasted our time sitting there over an hour just for a sandwich.”
