  “Great experience at Tafarn Tanerdy Carmarthen. The food was excellent and the staff were very kind and friendly. The pub was very busy but our food came out in good time and was worth every penny, they have a great selection of drinks and desserts also. Nick and Michelle run this pub and I have to say they run it very well! It's in a good location in Carmarthen, a short distance from the hospital. The atmosphere was great and the noise level was good. Will definitely be returning again!”

  “I visited this lovely pub two nights in a row. Michelle the owner was extremely accommodating, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and came quite fast. We came with our 3 dogs which all had a bowl full each of sausages. Delightful pub, great atmosphere and the staff were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this place 100% . When I'm next in the area this is where I will be coming for food.”

  “Absolutely loved my visit to Tafarn Tanerdy! The food was amazing, great portion sizes and everything tasted fresh and homemade. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely and relaxed. Service was quick even though it was busy. Definitely one of the best places I’ve eaten recently, will 100% be coming back. Highly recommend!”

  “We stopped here Easter Sunday afternoon on a very long drive with two children to refuel and I'm glad. The pub is a very homey and down to earth feel. The service was amazing, the lady serving us was lovely and I'd argue went above and beyond. She even took my son's burger back to take the salad off, without us asking, when she heard overheard him mention I'd forgot to order it without lettuce. The pub was clean and cosy, the food was lovely, great value and portion sizes were amazing, especially the roasts. Kids got to play outside afterwards on the play area which had a beautiful view, I would recommend.”

  “Been to Tafarn Tanerdy Pub and it was a really nice place! The food was great, and we got a 40% discount by booking online, which was a bonus. I had the rump steak and it was absolutely delicious. Will definitely visit again when I’m in Wales!”

  “Both of us ordered surf and turf. I asked for mash & it was no problem. The steaks were lovely & the portions were a good size. Very good value for money. Service was excellent, both bar staff very attentive & friendly. Will keep coming as its always nice food & drink.”

  “My family and I had a lovely visit on Mother's day. 9 of us all enjoyed our meals. Beef dinner was excellent. Starters and desserts all great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was exceptional. Would definitely visit again. Diolch yn fawr”

  “We booked a last minute table on a bank holiday, table was ready when we arrived, staff were super helpful and really chatty and friendly. The food came out looking amazing, tasting amazing and the portions were great, the mega mixed grill was huge! cooked perfectly and really tasty, along with the burger we had and a child’s meal. We were stuffed. (Photo is missing Tom’s & onion rings because we already ate them 😂) really good last minute meal out. thoroughly enjoyed.”
