Customer Review Summary
Reviewers split sharply. The warmer ones praise the fried rice, the tofu dishes and the way the kitchen adjusts food to taste, whether chilli, spicy or salted. One says the chips have slipped since the move. Late delivery is the most repeated complaint. Several say food arrived cold, one found no tracking available, and others rang more than once only to be told it was on its way. Negative reviewers also describe soggy batter, a bright pink sweet and sour sauce that tasted like a fruit sweet, and kung po with meat they could not eat. A few note that card payment was not possible, which caught them out without cash. Happier customers describe a large Saturday group order arriving early and hot, and several mention free prawn crackers or an extra item added, including one given to make up for a long wait.

“Ordered and waited a long time for arrival of food. Arrived cold and chicken balls were covered in hair. When complained about food hoping for a replacement, her answer was we could have it next time or wait sometime for replacement. Ended up feeding it to my dog, won’t be ordering there again. Being a regular customer stands for nothing.”

“Ordered a delivery, late arriving, cold, soggy batter, absolutely no idea what the so called sweet and sour sauce was but it definitely wasn't any sweet and sour sauce I have ever seen or tasted before. Bright pink, tasted like a fruit sweet. Expensive so expected it to be decent, all in the bin, never again.”

“The food was delivered late and there was no tracking available. The food arrived cold, I had to microwave it all. It smelt weird and tasted odd. Quite possibly the worst Chinese food I’ve had. It wasn’t cheap, so I expected better quality. I would not recommend.”
