  “What an amazing evening. First class service from Robbie, attentive, helpful whilst not being in any way intrusive. A fantastic atmosphere. The steaks are simply amazing. Top quality T bone and fillet cooked to order and served to perfection. The attention to detail in terms of the food and ensuring we were having a great experience was topped off with a lovely limoncello on the house to cleanse the palette. We will definitely return asap. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and it absolutely deserves the outstanding ratings!”

  “We came for dinner last week and it was the first time we have visited this restaurant, we were blown away! Our server Robbie, was fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly. He made us feel welcomed and valued and this really added to our experience. We are due to come back today for Sunday lunch!”

  “Visited Golden Bull today for lunch and had an excellent experience. The starter was delicious, the burger was amazing, and the quality of the meat was outstanding. To finish, I had the brownie, which was absolutely delicious. The food was excellent from start to finish, and the service was just as good. A special thank you to Paulo for the warm, attentive service and for making the experience even better. I would highly recommend Golden Bull to anyone looking for high quality food and great service.”

  “Dry run for choosing a restaurant for my 50th next month, selected the 14oz ribeye, I had it cooked medium rare (rather than the recommended medium), Chimichurri sauce was very good. Rest of our group had flat iron steak, chicken kebabs and a vegetarian burger. Service was good, only minor comments would be time to order drinks and some of the sales patter referring to my mother as “mamma”, not appreciated. My wife also is a Madame. Apart from that we will be back.”

  “Great independent steakhouse in the heart of Camberley. Brilliant menu with something for everyone which is way more than just steaks. Only 2 beer brands on draught but good enough for us. The place looks fantastic and our server was exceptional. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back.”

  “The Golden Bull was a great experience from start to finish. Service was excellent and very friendly. The food was outstanding. We had the flat iron steak and rib eye which were cooked medium rare and to perfection. Best chimichurri sauce I've ever had. We trialed the tiramisu and tiramisu martini, which honestly should be a combo because we couldn't decide which one was better. The whole experience was made memorable by our waiter Robbie, who saw to our ever need with an engaging and friendly manner. Overall an excellent experience.”

  “Went to the Golden Bull to celebrate my birthday and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We were welcomed by Jack at the door, who greeted us warmly and showed us to our table. When I mentioned my allergies, he went above and beyond—checking with the kitchen to make sure everything was safe and clearly explaining my options. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the evening, even surprising me with a birthday dessert. His service truly made our dining experience extra special.   “I chose Golden Ball for a birthday dinner based on its amazing Google reviews, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We drove all the way from London while visiting a nearby spa, and we’re so glad we made the trip! The food was incredible — genuinely faultless. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection, from the steaks to the cocktails and sides. A special mention has to go to the lobster mac and cheese, which was absolutely delicious and a standout dish. Our server, Jack, made the experience even better. He was fun, attentive, and did a fantastic job hosting our group of six, making us feel really welcome throughout. It was a fantastic dining experience, and I’ll most definitely be back. Highly recommend!”

  “We had such a wonderful experience celebrating a birthday dinner here! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making the evening feel extra special. A special thank you to our waitress, Andrea, who was absolutely amazing throughout the evening. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for the celebration. The food was absolutely delicious – beautifully presented and full of flavour. Every dish we tried exceeded expectations, and you could really tell the quality and care that goes into the menu. They even made the birthday feel extra memorable with thoughtful touches, which we really appreciated. It truly made the night unforgettable. Highly recommend this place for any special occasion”

  “I do not give 5* easily but this place realy delivered. We were there xmas eve & what a delicious meal. We ordered off the xmas menue 3 courses. Everthing was superb but the lamb shanks were melt off the bone wth a mint infused gravy, I practically cleaned the plate. We had a fantastic waiter ROBBIE, very accomodating & full of witt for our cheeky table. All in good jest with beautiful ambiance to a jolly xmas. We will definately be back very soon. Thank you for a delightful experience.”
