Customer Review Summary
Coffee is the main draw, called excellent and the nicest in Burnley, with one regular saying they are in most days. Friendly, kind staff come up almost as often, and reviewers say they treat customers like friends and family. Close behind is the food: a sandwich called delicious, a tasty cake, a daily-changing selection of cakes and scones, and hot chocolates one reviewer counts among the most delicious they have had. Several also call the prices reasonable and the atmosphere fantastic. The criticism centres on one family visit where a soya caramel latte arrived as a standard one, an iced skinny caramel latte had no caramel and tasted like dishwater, and the Kinder Bueno shake was wrong. The reviewer got no apology, no check-in, and stale bread on the kid's meal. Another reviewer found the takeaway cups too thin for hot drinks. Even so, the pattern among regulars is the same: friendly staff and a coffee they come back for most days.

“I’ve just been into cozy coffee and the staff were wonderful. They were polite or did you drink? The brought it to the table? Ordered a sandwich it was delicious. I will certainly be returning”

“Came here for a coffee with my family and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. My mum ordered a soya caramel latte but was given a standard one, Iced Skinny Caramel Latte had no caramel and tasted like dishwater, and the.Kinder Bueno shake I ordered was also wrong. There was no apology for any of the mistakes, and nobody checked in on us throughout our visit. The bread on the kid’s meal was stale. It honestly felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by asking them to correct our orders. Really poor customer service and a very disappointing experience.”
