Customer Review Summary
Reviewers repeatedly single out the beef Massaman as a benchmark dish, rich and coconutty, alongside pork and prawn dumplings and duck spring rolls praised as fresh and crunchy starters. The Pad Thai and jasmine rice come up as reliable sidekicks, and the sea bass yellow curry draws praise for its generous portion and mellow flavour. Several diners mention the fixed price two course lunch menu, with one citing £11.99 and describing the portions as massive, while others note dishes like prawn toast, chow mein, and skewers. The setting, with its murals and dragon details, and the staff are consistently called lovely or friendly, including one account of a table for eleven where a server was praised for remembering every order. A few visits register only as decent rather than standout, with one reviewer who returned after twelve months raising unspecified points for improvement, and another noting most dishes were just okay for a large party. Multiple reviewers recommend booking ahead, since the room is described as small and often busy, with walk-ins sometimes squeezed in by an accommodating staff.

“Thai Arts Restaurant in Bridgnorth comes through with that cosy local gem energy the kind of place where the food feels lovingly made, the prices feel kind, and you leave already planning your next visit. 🥟 Starters that set the tone You can’t walk into a Thai restaurant and skip starters this time the pork and prawn dumplings stole the show. Fresh, generously filled, and paired with a dipping sauce that actually adds something rather than just sitting there looking pretty. The duck spring rolls followed, bringing all the flavours of crispy duck pancakes without the faff of assembling them. Crunchy, savoury, and very easy to demolish. 🍛 Mains that hit the comfort spot • Sea Bass Yellow Curry A generous amount of fish, beautifully cooked, swimming in a creamy, mellow curry. Mild, but still full of flavour and perfect with rice. • Beef Massaman Our benchmark dish for any Thai restaurant Rich, indulgent, coconutty goodness. We’d have happily taken a little more beef… but honestly, when wouldn’t we? • Pad Thai & Jasmine Rice The essential sidekicks. The Pad Thai brought that sweet‑savory balance, and the jasmine rice did exactly what it needed to do: mop up every last drop of curry. Set in one of our favourite Shropshire market towns, Thai Arts holds its own among plenty of tempting spots. It’s warm, welcoming, and serves up authentic Thai flavours at reassuringly reasonable prices the kind of place you recommend to friends without hesitation.”

“Great food, great service! Lovely authentic Thai flavours, and reasonably priced too. I'd recommend booking in advance as the restaurant is clearly popular and not particularly large.”

“Came here for my birthday the other month and it was absolutely incredible! As soon as we got there we asked for a table for 3 and they pushed two together and we were seated almost immediately. We had the two course lunch menu each for £11.99 and it was a great deal. The portion sizes were massive as you can see from the pictures. I had prawn toast and chow mein and loved it and couldn't finish it all. My mom had skewers and a curry which were nice. My dad had ribs and black bean sauce main. All were so tasty. It was surprisingly busy for a Thursday afternoon with a very big party on the next table. The place was full downstairs. Not sure if you could sit upstairs. I presume so though. The staff were all so nice as well. Would definitely come back here. Good selection of drinks too including Thai whiskey, which will have to try next time. The Zinfandel wine was lovely that I had.”

- Name, address, hours, contact details, amenities, ratings and review counts come from the business's publicly available profile data — not from the owner and not from paid submissions.
- How it stays current
- Every listing is re-checked on a recurring crawl, and anything reported as wrong is corrected at the source rather than patched on the page.
- How it is ranked
- Placement is never sold. Every business on the page is ordered and compared using the same public signals, so an owner cannot pay to move up.
