“We ordered some of their XXXL pizzas for a party. They opened the shop early just for us as we needed them delivered by 1230 , they were hot, fresh and tasty. Everyone loved them and the massive size is a hit with kids and adults alike. Thank you”

“Won a free pizza through their online game. You do have to spend at least £12 to redeem it though, so fair play to the marketing team. The pizza was okay but quite small (understandable for a free offer). The real disappointment was the £8 for five chicken wings—they were overpriced and not very appetizing. Great promotion, but unfortunately the food didn’t impress enough to make me want to come back.”

“The staff are so kind and sweet. The food was prepared freshly and at a good speed too. Value for money, especially their pizza which is the size of a house!! Would 100% recommend this place!”

“Absolutely dog water delivery capabilities! Don’t order from Uber/Deliveroo. These guys think they can handle deliveries on their own but it’s far from reality so better yet pick up the food yourself. It took one hour to deliver the food less than 1 mile away from the restaurant.”

“I recently visited the FAT Pizza Brentwood branch and was seriously impressed. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the service was quick without ever feeling rushed. The pizza was fantastic, fresh ingredients, a perfect crispy base, and loads of flavor in every bite. The place was clean, relaxed, and great for both a casual meal and a night out with friends. Overall, excellent food, great value, and lovely people. I’ll definitely be back!”

“Dead, gave one little tub of stale sauce that had formed a layer on top from sitting outside, pizza was dryer than Southend beach, cream cheese poppers? No smashed cheese poppers, I did eat a bit but not cos I wanted to. My break had finished. Masala base? no it’s a some slimy tamarind paste. Burnt toppings and chicken was hard as plastic and tasted stale. Will never order from this place again. Lucky I got a discount otherwise I would have been fuming.”

“Ordered pizza’s for my son’s 4th birthday party. The pepperoni one was mistaken for a cheese and tomato pizza such was the lack of pepperoni on offer. Please compare the pictures from their website to the dry in edible pizzas we unfortunately got landed with. The Brentwood branch has to be hands down the worst customer experience of my life to date. Didn’t want to know when I called back that evening to express my disappointment that we couldn’t digest the dry pizza (I am assuming they ‘forgot’ the tomato sauce as I couldn’t find or taste any) please see the pictures below for a true reflection what a pepperoni pizza looks like compared to the website pictures! Has to be a strong case of false advertising! They even went as far as blocking my mobile number when they didn’t return my calls as promised. Avoid this place like the plague.”

“Amazing pizza! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside, and the toppings tasted incredibly fresh. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the place felt cozy and spotless.”

“This pizza hits the spot with its golden, fluffy crust and a generous topping of gooey cheese, fresh veggies, and pepperoni. The flavors are well-balanced—savory, slightly spicy, and delightfully cheesy. Perfect comfort food for a cozy evening, though I wouldn’t mind a bit more sauce for extra zing.”
