  “We waked through Great Notley park to this Cafe. Lovely food and great coffee. Dog friendly inside and out with a doggy menu. Only negative was service was a bit slow but they were busy and we didn't mide the wait.”

  “Had another lovely brunch at Cafe Plaza this morning. I went for the “Mexican Breakfast” and my wife opted for the “Pancake stack”. Both dishes were cooked and presented superbly. Friendly happy staff, great service and good coffee too. We will be back soon!”

  “Came for my Fiancee's birthday for breakfast. A very lovely meal. Food was tasty and large portion size. Will definitely come again. Parking was free with a £10 spend inside.”

  “Had a lovely brunch with my family today. First time attending. Certainly won't be the last. Food and drink was lovely. Nina and Susan just couldn't do enough. So accommodating and warm. Don't be put off by this being inside a plaza. Lovely outdoor seating on a sunny day can't be beaten!!”

  “I had a really pleasant visit to Café Plaza in Great Notley. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the food was made with great, fresh ingredients. Free WiFi is available, which is a nice bonus, and there’s free parking too — just remember to enter your vehicle registration at the till. It’s also dog friendly, which is always a big plus. Overall, a lovely café that I’d happily visit again and recommend to others.”

  “Wow. After coming across advertising for this lovely cafe on a local Facebook group. Been meaning to visit for the past month. Had my first visit today with my mother in law and was amazing. The staff are very friendly and professional. Very clean and the food tasted amazing. Highly recommend the dirty hash browns and marmite cheese sausage roll with there lovely coleslaw and chips. Was nice to have a hot latte not a Luke warm one like many places I have visit. Building had air conditioning which is nice during a heat wave and lovely seating outside. Free parking when you spend £9.50 and a short walk distance for the discovery center and not forgetting dog friendly. I will be visiting again. I'm feeling very stuffed and satisfied. Great prices. No booking needed. We just turned up.”

  “A nice little cafe, tucked away on the Rutherford park estate, situated inside the main building. The food here is really good and a great selection. I can't comment on the coffee, but the afternoon tea here was delicious. The portions were quite large though, so ended up taking the leftovers home. The staff here are very attentive, polite and friendly. A great little place for a catch up or a work lunch alike. Theres a large paid carpark just outside the front, but if you spend over £9.50 in the cafe, the parking is free (you type your car registration into the tablet at the till, DO NOT BUY THE TICKET FIRST) This is the indoor, sister cafe of the one in Rayne, 'The booking hall cafe' (an outside cafe situated at the old station) Overall 9/10”

  “Veey good location just next to the park, dog friendly with free treat as well! Coffee is average, and there is not much taste in the coffee. But the food is great, with a good sausage roll and a gluten-free cake. Seeing the other food menu looks good too. Will try the other food if we come back next time.”
