  “Visited for dinner tonight was not the best we could expect from the Toro’s. Ribeye steak was good, quality cut grilled to the perfect level we asked for. Philly cheese absolute disappointment, some sort of seasoning they use in the sandwich which tangy and doesn’t go with philly cheese and they didn’t use right amount of cheese in there. If you will try you would never want to try it again. Chicken caesar salad, generous amount of grilled chicken they cut into chunky cubes thats fine but the caesar sauce chef made one to much of vinegar in there, literally no Parmesan on it. The price they charge they could sprinkle little bit of parmesan on salad. Kids menu the grilled chicken tenders they dipped in their house sauce. Usually the other restaurants they keep kids steaks plain. Staff is very polite doing their best and making sure everything is fine for you. Worst part they served their strawberry daiquiri in CHIPPED glass can you believe that, which makes you think place is running by immature management.”

  “Sufiyan took care of us the entire time with great kindness We were seated with no wait which was a great start. He made sure to double-check our order by repeating it back to us, ensuring there were no mistakes. The food was delicious, and everything was served exactly as requested. The atmosphere was wonderful, creating a truly enjoyable experience. Overall, it was a fantastic visit thanks to Sufiyan’s attentive service and the great environment. 😜😜”

  “Visited Toros and enjoyed everything about it. It was nice and quite just after 6pm and were quickly shown to our table. Ordered our drinks, starters and the mains. It didn't take too long for the starters to arrive. They were delicious and went down well with the drinks. Once the plates were cleared, the 2 sizzlers appeared with their unique sounds and smell. They were both delicious and being a large portion, I couldn't even finish my plate!! So we got it packed and brought it home. The restaurant offers both individual and family dining seating and menus. There are kids high chairs available and on site adult toilets and baby changing facilities too. There is roadside and street side parking available. There can be an issue at busy times e.g weekends.”

  “Masha’Allah, brothers Sufyan, Zeyan and Haroon gave us amazing service. They were very welcoming & respectful. The food portions were generous. We really appreciated their hospitality and would recommend them to others. May Allah put barakah in their work and reward them abundantly. Ameen.”

  “Went there last night with 2 other friends. Asked for tap water, and was refused. We all got chicken steak which was overcooked and very dry. Then went to wash our hands in toilet and was very disappointed. Ive added a photo below, sadly I cant share the smell, which u wouldn't want anyway. They charge good moneys for food, the least they can do is to clean the toilets regularly and not over cook the food. Won't be going there again.”

  “Really enjoyed the food here — the spicy dishes had a great kick and the meat was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Definitely somewhere that gets the flavours right. A couple of small things could be improved to match the quality of the food. The toilets could have been a bit cleaner, and it would be nice if tap water was offered so your not restricted to £3.49 bottle option. Also worth noting they don’t split bills, so just something to keep in mind if you’re going as a group. Overall though, a really tasty meal and I’d happily come back for the food.”

  “I recently visited Toro’s Steakhouse and feel it is important to share my experience in a professional and respectful manner. I spent £74.44 on what was intended to be a planned and enjoyable meal with my child. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and fell far below acceptable standards. The steak served to us was visibly undercooked, raw, and bleeding. This not only made it unappetising but also raised concerns regarding food safety and preparation. When this was brought to the attention of staff, the steak was taken back and re-cooked multiple times (approximately four times). Despite this, it was returned either still raw or overcooked and tough on the outside, ultimately rendering it inedible. At no point during this process was an appropriate resolution offered. There was no suitable replacement meal, no meaningful apology, and no gesture such as a discount or removal of the item from the bill, despite the clear inconvenience and failure in service. In order to remain respectful and avoid causing a scene particularly as I was dining with my child I chose to raise the matter privately after leaving the restaurant. Over the following two days, I made several attempts to resolve the issue directly. Unfortunately, I was met with dismissive responses and, on one occasion, a prolonged and unproductive phone conversation without any resolution being offered. I would like to emphasise that I had no issue paying for a quality dining experience. However, the standard of food, combined with the lack of accountability and poor handling of the complaint, made this experience unacceptable. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services are expected to be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Based on this experience, I do not feel that standard was met. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve both food quality and customer service for future customers. I have just come off the phone with an individual who identified himself as the “manager” and then claimed to be the “owner”. Unfortunately, this interaction was deeply unprofessional and disappointing. Rather than addressing the concerns raised, I was spoken to in a dismissive and patronising manner, with remarks that came across as condescending and inappropriate due to being a female but of course if the roles were reversed that would not be the case :) At points during the conversation, my concerns were not taken seriously, and there were comments made that felt as though they were undermining and making light of the situation particularly inappropriate given I had raised the issue as a customer dining with a child. This is not how any customer, especially one raising a genuine concern, should be treated. Clearly shows he or she as he did have quite a high pitch voice wasn’t taught mannerisms when growing up as a transgender. To be clear, this complaint is not subjective. The steak served was not cooked to an acceptable standard. It appeared as though it had been seared on one side while the rest remained significantly undercooked. This was not a matter of preference (such as medium-rare), but rather a clear issue with preparation, as the food was not fit to be consumed. It is also concerning that instead of acknowledging this or offering a resolution, the response was defensive, with repeated assertions of “knowing what they are doing,” rather than taking accountability or showing any willingness to resolve the issue professionally. Customers are the foundation of any business. It is important to recognise that people are CHOOSING to spend their money based on the expectation of both quality food and respectful service. Experiences like this, where concerns are dismissed and handled poorly, reflect very negatively. This is the reasons why some business close down aka (Toros) I continue to stand by my original complaint regarding both the food quality and the handling of this situation. I sincerely hope this is taken seriously and addressed appropriately moving forward.”

  “I haven't been in a few years and when I visited this past week, I had a dreadful experience. They charge £5 for a bottle of water and with my medical issues I would've required atleast 7 of them so this was a big issue and has led to me being quite ill after this experience. And I already got a steak so its not like I could've just left either. I truly liked this restaurant when I visited a few years back but this experience and the fact that the fillet mignon is half the size it used to be, have led to a disappointing experience and one I would not recommend to others. It was once a good restaurant worth its prices, but now its all about money. Sides were all downsized and ingredients were clearly minimised as the peri peri chips just taste like spicy ketchup when they were really tasty and well seasoned before. They also gave us 2 tiny scoops of stodgy mash for £4. And the blue mock tail was basically just red bull... I will attach a photo, my steak looks like it's already been cut up for me... very suspicious as we'd ordered 2 fillet mignons and I wonder if they had given us 1 split onto two plates.”

  “Toros Steakhouse is hands down one of the best steak spots around. The steaks were cooked perfectly – tender, juicy, and full of flavour. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Everything from starters to dessert was spot on. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend”
