  “food was not cooked properly like it’s been their for days and warmed up soon as i ate it about 10 minutes later i was sick i would not recommend i haven’t spoke to them as the shop is shut i do asspect a full refund.”

  “Ordered a delivery for 18.30-18.45, driver rang just after 18.00 stating he would be here in 5 mins. Food arrived crispy duck was over cooked and hard the pancakes were that thin you couldn't wrap food in them. Sweet and sour chicken balls were all batter and very little chicken. Special fried rice had a dollop of what I think was gravy and this had set rock hard. Sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style was like hard jelly. We spent £31.50 on the meal and ate nothing, I am going to go myself to the Chinese and return the items that we didn't throw away, and ask for there comments.”

  “Come here all the time. Nice food and really decent portions for the price. Always order on Uber eats and is always ready quickly. Only reason I rank mid on atmosphere is because it's just a takeaway and not a restaurant.”

  “Ordered £60 worth and what a disappointment. All the items were not tasty, the noodle dish was noodles with boiled chicken sat on top. The noodles were overcooked. The other dishes were not nice, fried rice overcooked and dry. Waste of money!! Oh and I found a hair in the noodles.”

  “I'm from bradford originally, and moved down south many years ago, I come home every year to visit family and I make sure during my stay that me and the family have a Changs! The food is fantastic! We always over spend! The food quantity is huge and always so tasty! I'd recommend the duck chiou mein and Singapore noodles! Chips are usual Chinese style chips, as is the curry sauce which we order every time! Delivery for us has always been quick! From my experience this Chinese takeaway is better then any in my local area down south and a treat when I come home! 😋 well done Changs!”

  “I'd forgotten to leave a review after I'd had some vile food delivered last week. Today a leaflet came throughy door so I remembered to review. Honestly go somewhere else this is by far the worst takeaway for miles around. If you do actually get what you order and it does actually arrive slightly warm, even then its absolutely disgusting.”

  “I was pretty disappointed with this order not only did it take over 90 minutes and I had to call to see if had been forgotten or lost, it came with most of the black bean sauce swimming at the bottom of the bag.”

  “Tried to order from set meal - happy meal but asked if the spare ribs could have BBQ sauce rather than dry to be told there would be a charge of £1 for this, I refused as the dry and BBQ ribs cost the same if paying separately. The call handler then passed me to the driver for some reason to speak with him and I explained the same to then be hung up on, crazy how they would want to throw £17.90 away for the sake of a quid for some sauce they already have ready for the ribs, these set meals should come with a choice of sauce rather than dry ribs. Who actually eats dry ribs, any way golden city it is.”
