Customer Review Summary

Complaints are heavy and specific. Several describe food arriving cold or luke warm, including soup that seemed to have sat in a fridge, and food that tasted reheated. One reviewer reports pink chicken and hard noodles, another found a set meal greasy with dry chicken, and a third says the chow mein held about a tablespoon of chicken. The sweet and sour sauce is called the worst part by one otherwise positive reviewer. Others cite an irritated staff member, a phone-distracted employee, and spring rolls missing from a bag.

“We ordered the chicken chow mein, satay chicken, veggie pancake rolls, chips and curry sauce and it was all really nice! We ordered on the app and collected, didnt have to wait too long at all. We would definitely come back.”

“I tried to order food and they refused service and delivery service. They were rude over the phone calling me names like a ’prick’ and even ruder names. They kept hanging up the phone everytime I tried to call to place an order, but they have also delivered to blisland before. Multiple times. The food wasn’t even that good, the chicken wasn’t even cooked properly. It some of it was still pink, the noodle were still hard as well.”

“Food is very good, my only complaint is the sweet and sour something is right, its easily the worst sauce for a take that has the best food in town ❤️”

“Awful experience. We ordered takeaway and when we got home which is 5min away, the soup was completely cold, like like it had been sitting in a fridge and thrown in the bag, and the rest of the food tasted strange and reheated rather than freshly cooked, I don’t know know what kind of ingredients they are using but something definitely wasn’t right. To top it off, the staff member must be underpaid, he seemed irritated and so uninterested for no reason. Never ordering again.”
