  “I ordered from the Uber eats app and had five different drivers which I know is not KFC’s fault. The restaurant I thought usually closed around 1 am and I placed my order at Midnight knowing that they’re still would be enough time for my order to get processed I ended up having to wait two hours and still didn’t receive my order The whole restaurant had closed. I hadn’t been notified. I was still expecting my food and I was wondering why the drivers never picked it up. So if you’re ordering any time around midnight or after, just don’t bother because that is bad customer service not notifying people.”

  “I walk in order at the kiosk and it’s asking me a 100 questions like no I don’t want extra anything. I then get my order check everything is there just briefly I take it home, the order is wrong like every time I get food from here it’s wrong and the staff are so rude about it aswell so rude. You order chips you get a salad You order chicken you get beans You order a burger you get chips MAKE IT MAKE SENSE”

  “Everything was fine apart from the place itself. Bins overflowing, tables had food on but couldnt put in the bin as full. Napkins on the floor. They did start to empty the bins as we was leaving.”

  “Supposed to be a a burger thats in the whats new menu. No burger turned up. How can you miss a supercharger burger out of a supercharger burger box, its literally in the name. Fuming aint the word.”

  “Rude and disrespectful staff. No greetings no welcome, talking with each other and ignored 3 customers waiting for order. I mean all kfc’s are same? KFC NEED TO SPEND SOME MONEY ON TRAINING. i will not recommend this branch at all. Especially one guy who work inside name Theo or something. He needs training very urgently. And i feel sorry for the residents of surroundings. And lol for the owner.”

  “Ordered £50 delivery, arrived super fast, lovely and hot. So far, so good. Then I opened it. A 10-piece bucket… containing 7 — yes, SEVEN — chicken legs and 3 thighs. Not a single breast or wing in sight. Zero white meat. For the privilege of paying nearly £15 extra for delivery, you’d think at least one decent piece might make an appearance. Apparently not. Not exactly what you expect, or pay for.”

  “I’m a regular customer of KFC and I’ve visited many branches across the UK, but the service I received here was genuinely different. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and professional. The customer service was honestly one of the best I’ve experienced at any KFC branch. You can really tell that the team here cares about their customers. The atmosphere was friendly, the service was quick, and everything was handled with a smile. I always enjoy coming here and will definitely keep returning. Highly recommended!”

  “There were products all over the floor in the seating area, the bins were overflowing, the tables were filthy. They put the shutters down and locked us in the restaurant seated area after a customer complained to stop anyone else going in there”

  “This is the worst KFC I have visited. Was dirty. Every vacant table except one was piled up with empty food containers and the empty table was in need of a good wipe down. We did this ourself with wet wipes. The ladies toilets were disgusting, just couldn't bring myself to use them, and someone had been sick in the gents. There was a few staff behind the counter, but in the 30 mins we were there nobody came to deal with the mess in the dining area.”
