  “Should be absolutely disgusted with yourself no tables have had a clean cloth and cleaning spray on them. The bathroom in the ladies I told th about 6 weeks ago and it's beyond disgusting it's a health hazard!”

  “I am extremely disappointed with the consistently poor experience I receive at this KFC branch. Almost every time I visit, my order is incorrect in some way — missing items, wrong meals, or incorrect sides. It has become frustratingly common and shows a serious lack of attention to detail from staff. The portion sizes are also very poor and nowhere near acceptable for the prices being charged. Meals often look rushed and half-filled, making the overall value for money terrible compared to what customers expect from KFC. The photos attached are the portions received. It’s baneful. To make matters worse, the drive-through service is consistently awful. Staff regularly seem uninterested, communication is poor, and waiting times are unreasonable even when the restaurant is not particularly busy. Customer service standards are clearly lacking. I would strongly suggest management review staff training, quality control, and customer service standards at this branch because the current experience is simply not good enough. As a returning customer, I expect much better consistency and professionalism.”

  “Absolutely shocking service , we approached the drive through , noone responding, drove round to the first window to find the shutter down, second window we had to call and ask for service, young girl clueless , she called over another young girl who had a headset on, she very abruptly asked what the problem was, we politely asked if the drive through was open, she replied well what you want !! Rude ignorant and quite clearly didnt want to serve. The restaurant was very quiet at 8.30 on a sunday night, but plenty of staff stood about. I honestly couldnt believe how abrupt and rude she was. We are regular visitors and own businesses locally, never will we use or reccommend again”

  “I am extremely dissatisfied with how I was treated during my recent visit. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your business. I expect this issue to be addressed immediately.”
