  “We have been ordering from Lotus Gardens for a long time now. The service has always been consistent and the food is delicious. Our regular favourites are the salt and pepper chips, manchurian and chicken chow mein. Highly recommend.”

  “I ordered from here first time, as it was halal and it’s not often you find a halal Chinese takeaway! Well I wish I never did! I ordered my food at 19:00pm and I was told it would be 25-30 minutes, so I set of at 19:10 and got there for 19:39, once I arrived i rang just to make sure I my food was ready as my baby fell asleep in the car, when they answered he asked for my name and then told me to hold, he then came back and said it wasn’t ready but they would start making it now, well at that point I was fuming I rang 40 minutes ago, I explained this to him and all he said was we will start making it now, I said it should been ready as I rang 40 minutes ago and you informed me it would be 25-30 minutes not 45-1 hour otherwise I wouldn’t of ordered and traveled half hour, well he accused me of lying and said I didn’t ring at 19:00, so I said I can show him the call on my phone but he said was okay, anyway once I got the food no apologies or anything, he was very rude. I got home and opened up the food and was greeted with nothing but millions of red chilly flakes, as you can see from the picture, you wouldn’t even feed that food to a dog it was just what looked like a few bottles of chilly flakes poured onto the food! Not only did I waste £23 pounds plus fuel. I wasted my time and took my daughter out in freezing cold for this trash!! Never again, I never leave reviews but this really annoyed me, if food was okay I would left it but the food was just the icing on top!!”
